"LOS ANGELES - Comedian Kathy Griffin has filed for divorce after 4 1/2 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences, court documents show.

Griffin, 43, married Matt Moline in Los Angeles in February 2001. The couple have no children.

The divorce papers were filed Friday in Superior Court. Griffin asks that the couple's assets be divided and that Moline be denied spousal support."

Yeah I have to admit to watching her reality show which was pretty funny. He and she seemed so into each other. Wonder what happened? Myabe he lost weight and decided she wasn't so funny and pretty after all? I dunno, they did a good job of seeming in love, anyway. Sad.

I wonder why! He seemed so happy escorting his ugly, shrewish wife from gay bar to gay bar as she obsessed and bullied her way across LA, grabbing free crap with both hands!

Oh Please! That man couldn't be any gayer if his name was Gay Gayerson! He was so gay! He was all over her on that show cause y'know "he loves the ****!" RIGHT! Of course it couldn't have helped that she was ugly! And skinny too! She made Celine Dion look like a blimp! Or should I say she makes Celine Dion look like Kathy Griffin's HUSBAND! I think he likes Star Jones-- Hell I think he ATE her! Well, I mean, not really, cause he's GAY! He's probably in bed with Clay Gaykin RIGHT NOW!

Gosh I feel bad her gay husband dumped her! Oh well, lucky she's got her #1 Gays to cheer her up! And all that butt ugly furniture she got for free. And that ugly house. Maybe she can bully her assistant into getting her a new husband for free. She can say she's doing a benefit for something and whip out her clippings book and shake down an escort service for a free man.

Just goes to show you, EVERYONE acts in front of a camera. Anything can be portrayed even though it's supposed to be REALITY TV. I guess for people in Hollywood, it's Halloween 365 days of the year.

Break ups don't happen in just a few months unless it's.....Need I say the word.....ADULTERY!!!! I don't think so in this case though, did you see them...UGH!!! Even my dog looks away when they are on the TV.

She had quite a bit of work done a few years ago. I think it was for a story on Entertainment Tonight or the like. It was (and this is more fodder for all the Kathy-haters, but oh well) paid for by the show.

She may have paid for subsequent surgeries with her Mole winnings, but Entertainment Tonight paid for the surgeries she had that were featured on their show.

That is so bizarre to me, that she got surgery from ET. However, we all know how she loves FREE STUFF, as she re-re-re-iterated on the show. I never really liked her that much, thought she was really irrelevant on Average Joe I was it? but then this show was funny.

Her stand up and show is darn hysterical. I have to give her that. Too bad her marriage didn't work. He seemed like a nice, sincere guy. However, he didn't seem like he bought into the whole Hollywood lifestyle.

I don't think he's gay, I think just being a normal, average-joe kind of guy living day to day with a woman who is so obsessed with status and celebrity must have taken its toll.
