The brand new trailer that debuted a couple of weeks ago at the NY Comic Con should be coming online tonight.

Okay, potential CAN OF WORMS here, but I am curious.
Does anyone else look at that first poster and think of what a building looks like after a plane flies into it? It's the first thought I had, and it kind of creeped me out.

Posted: 4/28/08 at 1:53pmi dunno, dg. i looked at it and saw the bat. plus i think it's be pretty tough for a plane to leave that kinda hole unless it went into the building upside down.

Love the Joker one. I want one for my wall.
EDIT: DG, it looked like a bat to me when I first saw it...but I can see why someone might think it was a plane. Interesting...

papa - I agree it's not like a photo realistic thing (like the CLOVERFIELD poster,) but it just brought it to mind. I'm curious if it's merely coincidence.
After the initial reaction, I found myself really curious as to why someone would do that type of thing to get his attention (at least that's what I'm assuming is going on.)

Posted: 4/28/08 at 1:57pmIs there a reason why Harvey Dent's portrait is in focus and hand blurred, while Batman and Joker's are foreground focused?

Posted: 4/28/08 at 2:10pmmight be an homage to who harvey becomes. the joker's card is in focus. batman's bat is in focus. and...well...follow the logic.

Two-Face.
Maybe Papa. Or it's just an error. :)

If this were Joel Schmuacher directing these installments, I'd agree that it is an oversight.
However, I don't think it's coincidence or error that a button that says "I believe in Harvey Dent" is blurred slightly. I think it's showing how the lines between Harvey and Two-Face is constantly blurred.
Or at least...that's what I want to believe they were thinking.

I'm so out of the loop.
Was Katie Holmes fired (or not asked back I should say) or did she just decide not to sign up for this film?
I think it sucks whenever a different actor plays a role that was played by someone else in the previous installment of a film series.
Is it just me or Heath Ledger's death just make his posters look creepier?
