Even though someone already answered it, I thought I'd spread my Batman geekiness/knowledge. Harvey Dent is Gotham's District Attorney who is a good man and fights corruption and helps the people of Gotham. He has a bit of dark past since he was abused as a child(some versions mention it). He's nicknamed Apollo of Gotham. During the trial of Salvatore "Boss" Maroni, Maroni throws acid(smuggled in by ADA Vernon Fields) into Harvey Dent's face thus creating the villian Two-Face who is not a schizo. Schizo implies that he rejects this reality which he doesn't. He's a multiple personality. In BTAS, Harvey already had problems before the scarring and he even had a second personality already existing in his mind called Big Bad Harv.
The new trailer that I thought was coming out today, but is probably coming tomorrow or at least by the end of the week since it's rumored to be attached to Iron Man features more of Dent and even a scene where he's being held down and screaming as this brown liquid gets closer to his face.
Why are they all covering the right half of their faces, like the Phantom?
And DG, I thought it looked like a plane hit the building as well.

I watched it this morning but it was pulled off the site even though someone is probably going to post it again(the same thing happened with the other trailer), but it's rumored to be attached to Iron Man.
There is alot of good footage and it gives a better idea of what the movie is going to be about. For starters, Joker is leading the mob against Batman(A year ago, the cops and lawyers won't have bothered you, so what happened? What do you think we should do? Simple, Kill The Batman). More footage of the love triangle between Bruce, Harvey, and Rachael(This is Harvey Dent. Rachael's told me everything about you. I hope not everything). There is more footage from the party that Joker crashes(Attention Ladies and Gentlemen, we're going to be your entertainment for the night). It looks really, really good.
