I thought the same Phyllis, the make up artist has gone all out with the lipstick.


I'm hoping Living for Love can do well (obv she ain't gonna get a huge hit as she gets very little radio support now due to her age, shame) but it's such a classic Madonna song.

Ghosttown is beautiful, she has to make a video to this.
She just had a great review in the NY times which is great.

RAY OF LIGHT was the very last album of hers that I really loved all the way through. After that it has been pretty spotty...a good single here and there but her albums as a whole haven't really appealed to me.

I haven't listened to any of these tracks yet, but from all the positive reaction she is getting I really am tempted to dive in and take a swim...lol

I'm going to pre-order the album and get the songs already available and take a chance that they are just THAT GOOD without having heard them.

Taking a leap of faith here.

Hope it's worth the risk.

I will be back with my thoughts once I've given them a thorough listen.

A load more songs have leaked (early demos again) they really need to find the guy doing this, not listened to them so can't tell you anything about them, most won't be on the album I'm guessing but a few are as she keeps hashtagging the song titles. She can't catch a break.

Maybe she's used up her lifetime allotment of breaks? Oh, um, I mean, she worked her ASS OFF for everything she has and she may not be the best singer in the world, she would be the first to admit it, but she has an undeniable talent for reinvention and the fact that her career is still going strong and her last tour was the highest grossing in the history of tours people are still talking about her so she wins so she just can't catch a break.

What does kaballah teach? What goes around comes around? I don't know, my magic kaballah red thread tore off my wrist when it got caught on some guy's 501 button.

There will always be leaks as long as there are people who want them, I suppose. It gives her a handy excuse for the album not selling, and albums are just notions upon which tours are hanging nowadays. And she'll charge enough so people can brag about how lucrative it was for her, rather than talk not how expensive it was for them to see her.

That is a major break she still benefits from. She has fans who are happy they have to pay a LOT of money to see her.

I remember the time I was complaining about not liking American Horror Story in the AHS thread. Namo...you suggested I change the channel and stop spending so much time on something I don't enjoy. It was good advice. I think you should maybe start applying that same advice to Madonna.

No I didn't! I said how Jordan changed my life by telling me I didn't HAVE to watch Girls and that it might help you feel better.

I don't feel bad spending a few seconds thinking about Madonna. So she wins!

Perhaps I'm wrong, but I don't remember any leaks prior to the Beyonce surprise album drop around this time last year. Perhaps she could offer Madonna some tips on how to stop leakage.

Namo (rolls eyes) this is not a few leaks, this is now over 20 tracks. Everybody has a few songs leak, if your unlucky the album leaks a week or 2 before release, this is the whole album, demos, unfinished ..... Five months ahead of release.

Jordan as i said i ant listened to the new demos but people ate talking about the tracks Hold Tight and Veni Vedi Vici (the fans re going crazy for that one, its made up of song titles from her old hits apparently)
