Unfortunatly not, most gay guys I know don't work out, or work out and look nothing like that.
There are always a few exceptions, also, most of the gays in South Florida(and I said "most" not "all") are older. Some are actually very muscular, but since they are 25 years older than those guys on MTV, they don't look like them. Not saying they are not hot, just not the same.
