Maylasia confirms wreckage found in Indian Ocean.

Just saw a breaking news clip of the Malaysian president's press conference. They found enough parts to assume it's the lost plane. (they're not confirming it's that plane yet). They said no survivors. No link.

Exactly, it is just a conclusion based on the most likely scenario.

If they never find anything, we will have a gazillion TV shows, books and films with conspiracy theories for decades to come.

Not sure what you mean. I was posting about them finding wreckage.

Anyway, they stated that they hope everyone will respect the privacy of the families of the passengers at this time.

I'm not seeing anything that says they actually found wreckage. The article I read said they are simply telling the families that their loved one are likely dead.

Blaxx, what is your problem? I was just posting something I heard which is the prominent news story around the world. I did not create the story.

The last time I posted something about a breaking news story I heard, you were also right there to jump on me for that, claiming I was wrong, or whatever.

Plus, I wasn't talking to YOU.

Jane2, I believe the confusion is whether or not the "wreckage" is from flight MH370 or not. Your subject - within the assumed context - implies that the wreckage has actually been proven to be from MH370. You are clearer in your first post, but perhaps the subject would be more articulate if it didn't contain "confirms". Or, better yet, the subject suggests that there is wreckage, but it needs to be confirmed whether or not it is from MH370.

At the time of your creating this thread, the breaking news was only that the Prime Minister has "confirmed" that the current common belief is that the plane crashed into the Indian Ocean and that everyone onboard is deceased.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents for what its worth.

Art, I appreciate your post, I really do. If anyone's confused, I'm sorry, but I was clear in my first post in saying that they DID NOT confirm it was that plane. There wasn't anything incorrect in my post.

However, I'm only engaging Blaxx at all because I don't like people who attack me out of the blue, when I've never had any communication with them in the past at all. The only thing it teaches me is how many sad people there are out there.

Blaxx, yes, that's how I use the word here on this board. I don't know anything about you, rarely see posts by you, and have no idea if you're a male or female, although that doesn't matter to me.

I've never posted to you or reacted to a post by you. However, I do remember not too long ago when I made a thread about something I heard on the radio. You posted to me directly in some accusatory manner as if it were I who made up a story. And today, you did the same thing.

Bottom line, I have no idea what's behind your dislike for me, but that doesn't matter either. I don't like what you did publicly.

There have been large items floating in the ocean on satellite, that may not even be plane wreckage. They still have hope that what was spotted is the wreckage, but whatever it is, they can't find it. They placed the text containing the confirmation of no survivors to the families based on satellite data that shows the plane's final location being well over the ocean, nowhere within reasonable distance of a landing field. It was just asking them to believe the evidence, but with no wreckage and all the random conspiracy theories, that will prove difficult for most families.

Pretty pretty please don't you ever ever feel like you're less than f**ckin' perfect!
