To a certain extent . Not thrilled the rest of my life will be in our current situation. Our old life now gone. Even my wife getting tired of the constant barrage on tv news and in general . Thank God for Retro TV Prime and Netflix

In March doctor diagnosed it via video .He guessed we had it as we had some symptoms. We self quarantined for over a month .He had to do it this way as there was no actual test than. Now their is. Monday antibody test . Cannot donate anything due to history of 2 cancers and How C

There's still not even tests now. Glad this first hurdle is behind you. Now we just need tests, tests, and more tests and to dream up a new world.

I would ask Roxy if he was worried about getting tested since he compared all that to Hitler coming into power, but he said he blocked me many years ago so there’s no way he would ever see this post.

Thanks Dolly and Dented. Still not out of woods yet. Tomorrow off to neurologist for my Neuropathy/Sciatica. Hoping to get good recommendation for a good ortho doctor for the Sciatica.Next week to gastro dr with Mrs R re her diabetes and related issues. Whoever said these were the golden years is full of ****.
Travel when you are young. As far Bway we were on the fence re further bway. After CoVid and all the alterations to viewing a show we are definitely done. Still interested how it will all be ironed out after the dust clears. In addition to shows restaurants will really be hurting. Social distance will be a big job killer for both. Many restaurants will not survive. Christmas will be a downer this year.

My neurologist diagnosed problem as Ostio Arthritis in my right hip. Now to find a good orthopedist and hopefully it a shot as not doing hip replacement. Initially he said I had OTD meaning Older Than Dirt..Take my scalpel please .A little medical humor here..
The fun never ends .Hope all is well for all of you

This thread is all about the medical news of 'The Two Roxies', [a medical musical perhaps?]. Perhaps everyone should list all of their 'little problems' so that next time someone wants to say nasties about a member we could check on their health issues first so as not to cause them additional medical harm.

t. I asked doctor today about it. I will try an injection and if it holds it would be 3 months. I could get only 1 more after that. Probably will opt for the surgery as the shots would only put off the inevitable..Asked the doctor re my 2 swollen feet. .I will get examined by a heart doctor and have a stress test among other things so this may be a blessing in disguise .
After surgery do rehab at home ..Dr says he opts for home rehab as opposed to one at hospital .Never a dull moment . Wife driving me all over .Thank God for her.Will I be back before or after reopening of Broadway ? I am awaiting a boot of Encores Mack and, Mabel and King Kong. Always enjoyed Mack as I saw original production. I wanted to see Kong to see what the big guy looks like.

Opting for surgery as the shots is merely a bandaid .I want this over and done with.Lot of prep such as lying down stress test and hav ing my blood checked. In hospital about 3 days and therapy at home instead of in a facility for it .Hope to do it in latter part of June
