Posted: 12/2/09 at 11:27amGood for her, but that "leaves" story she told in the interview is the exact same story that Erica Hahn told on Grey's Anatomy last year. Unless she confided in her BFF who also happens to be a head writer for Grey's, I don't think that happened to her.

Bridget doesn't love Bernie!
I wish her the best, and I'm glad her family and kids are supporting her.

I had no idea she was once married to Michael Blodgett who played "Lance Rock" in the 1970 cult film Beyond the Valley of the Dolls.
I became a fan of hers when she was starring in the television drama Family. I loved that show.
Life is so funny. She was married three times, gave birth to five children and now she realizes she was a lesbian all along! Incredible, I wonder how many more are out there?
I wish her all the best. She's a class act.

It stands to reason, because whenever I hear the name Michael Gross, the first word that comes to mind is always "beard."

Family was a great show, and it had an incredible pedigree. Mike Nichols produced it. Sada Thompson starred in it. John Rubenstein - the original Pippin and son of Arthur - had a supporting role, and I think wrote the theme for the show. Matthew Broderick's father James played the father. Jay Presson Allen who wrote The Prime of Miss Jean Brody created it.
An amazing group.

Oh Joanna Kerns. Sigh. She was on Eastwick tonight and my first thought was, "Why didn't SHE come out?!"

Whenever I think of the now Sapphic Ms Baxter, I remember a tv movie circa 1985 called "Kate's Secret." In the TV Guide Ad it said
KATE'S SECRET
is bulimia
and it's killing her
And then there was a great scene with her binging IN the supermarket, shoving cookies down her throat and hiding behind a freezer door to gulp some milk.
I hope she's happy and congrats to her for talking openly.

Huh? Wha? Nothing to see here!
I remember that movie! She went in and bought all the ice cream and then the clerk chased her out of the store because she forgot her spoons. She didn't need spoons! She only needed ONE! I was like, "Bitch, please. You'll get brain freeze."

Posted: 12/3/09 at 1:10amWhy did the 80s have the BEST made for TV movies?! I grew up in the 90s and all I got was that bull**** with Valerie Bertinelli and Patty Duke. I'll take binging and purging in Kroger's any day!!!
