Should I answer it for you three times, too, Elphie?
What is the one song you wish you could sing better than anyone else in the world? It can be Broadway, non-Broadway, whatever...
My very favorite songs are actually non-Broadway songs, but since this is a question about vocal ability, I'm going to say "On My Own" from Les Mis. What musical theatre-obsessed girl doesn't dream about belting that song beautifully to a crowd?
If you could live in any other country, where would you live?
I haven't been to many other countries, but probably the UK, which looks gorgeous and doesn't require a new language.
Favorite Starburst flavor?
I actually don't eat Starbucks because they contain animal products, but from what I can remember, I liked the red ones a lot.
Do you like your middle name?
No. It's too common (Marie)!
What's the ringer on your cell phone?
The Godfather Waltz for my contacts, and No Doubt's Don't Speak (strange choice, right?) for my non-contacts.

Do you feel that you have a lot in common with the description of the typical Gemini, or with the descriptions of your sign under other forms of astrology or numerology?
When you were in elementary school, what did you want to be when you grew up?

"I don't know the name of it, but it's that one that has the "Normal or Not Normal?" feature. I think that's the most hilarious thing ever, although others fail to see the humor of it."
FYI, it's Star. So someone got me a subscription to it for my birthday. What can I say, it's a guilty pleasure of mine.
What kind of toothpaste do you use?
How often do you floss?
How did housing work out for you for college? Or did you not find out yet?
Do you have obsessive compulsive habits? If so mention atleast one of them.
Favorite ice cream, please specify brand, flavor, and add ons if applicable.
Pick three adjectives that describe you well.

Do you feel that you have a lot in common with the description of the typical Gemini, or with the descriptions of your sign under other forms of astrology or numerology?
In all honesty, I'm not very familiar with astrological signs. I vaguely remember taking one of those "What's your true astrological sign?" quizzes years ago and was supposedly a Scorpio. From what I do know of the supposed Gemini personality, I'd say that I'd agree that I'm good at multi-tasking (although I don't really enjoy it) and am quite talkative. However, I don't believe I'm two-faced -- or at least make my best effort not to be. When I am, it's usually because I care very much of what others think of me. I'm not sure if that's a typical Gemini trait, but it's one of my worst character traits.
When you were in elementary school, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A doctor or marine biologist (doesn't every girl go through that phase?). Both couldn't be further from what I want to go into now.

Oooh, right, Marlene. That's what I thought, but wasn't completely sure.
What kind of toothpaste do you use?
Arm & Hammer with baking soda.
How often do you floss?
Every single night.
How did housing work out for you for college? Or did you not find out yet?
I don't know yet, although I'm hoping that I received my first choice.
Do you have obsessive compulsive habits? If so mention atleast one of them.
I am unbelievably anal (as many on here know) about the tags on my music files. If it's a live performance, I need the correct date, placed in brackets under the album title. With showtunes, the artist must be the name of the show, and the album must be the name of the show plus something in brackets, such as "Chess [OBC]" or "Chess [1987 Soundboard Recording]." In order to maintain consistency, every word in the title must be capitalized. It's really pathetic.
Favorite ice cream, please specify brand, flavor, and add ons if applicable.
Godiva Belgian Dark Chocolate or Baskin Robbins' chocolate ice cream with rainbow sprinkles.
Pick three adjectives that describe you well.
Strong, honest, perfectionistic (hey, it's apparently a word). I should probably add that I mean "strong" emotionally speaking, not physically.
Thanks, Emcee. :)

Do you have a personal hero, someone you look up to and want to emulate?
I really don't. I don't like answering questions without giving a real answer, but while I've had friends I've superficially tried to emulate in the past, I can't say that I have a true hero or mentor of sorts. I think that I definitely admire certain qualities in people I know, though -- my best guy friend's honesty, wit, and satiric ability, my father's hard work, a friend's willingness to try new things and true open-mindedness, and even qualities of people I "know" through the internet, such as my closest internet friend's ability just to let loose and not care what others think of her, and your intuition and calmness.

I forgot to congratulate you...this calls for an anticlimatic: CONGRATS!
Owwww...please open up itunes (or whatever you may use to organize your music in that complex system of yours). Assuming that you use itunes or some other program that allows you to do this, what are the top 5 most played songs on the list, and how many times have they been played? If this is too complicated, please disregard this question.

I actually had problems with my computer today and was forced to restart my iTunes library, so it wouldn't be accurate. I remember telling people a couple months ago that my top songs were Every Story Is a Love Story from Aida, No Good Deed from Wicked (I don't know how that got as high as it did ::is embarassed::), and Pity the Child from Chess. That doesn't even accurately represent my favorite showtunes, let alone my favorite songs in general -- I lost all of my files a couple months before that.
Apologies for the overly complicated answer.

What do you want to go into now?
At this point, I have three aspirations which I hope will be narrowed down to one by the end of college. I think that I would make a good lawyer, and I enjoy the art of arguing and debate in general. On the other hand, I'd like to work behind-the-scenes in politics. I don't think I'd enjoy being an actual politician.
Most people would never guess this about me, but I also have always loved writing and would like to channel my passion for writing through sports journalism (specifically baseball). However, realistically speaking, the opportunities of getting a good job in that field are very low, and even lower if I want to work for a team I actually like. I have also heard that NYU's journalism department is mediocre.

Somehow the title song to See What I Wanna See got to be the most played on my iTunes and I don't even like that song that much.
Anyways.. I hope you enjoyed your day, XOXO

Congrats Lexi! I've been trying to come up with a good question all evening for you, but I can only think of a lame one.
Since your vocabulary has gotten in the way of fitting in sometimes
, what is your favorite word?

Since your vocabulary has gotten in the way of fitting in sometimes, what is your favorite word?
Hee! That's a great question. I can think of my favorite word in German, probably due to my very limited vocabulary in the language, but I'm not sure about my favorite English word. I use the word "bizarre" far too often, mainly because I don't like the word "weird." A couple words that jump to mind are "mercurial" and "volatile." I guess words pop into my mind in pairs of synonyms.

No, it's actually quite fun. If any of the questions were overly invasive, I'd let you know!
