Oh good!

Yeah, Paige and Nolan were born as strays on my patio in our old apartment.

Some kids were being mean to them trying to pull them through the fence by their tail so we brought them in to try and find a home for them.

Anji was allergic and I didn't really care for cats.

It turns out that her allergies were easily contained and we both fell in love with them. We were taking pictures to give to places to try and find a home for them and there was one picture in particular that convinced us to keep them.

It was purely random that this happened, but it clinched everything:

Here is a picture of me with the kittens shortly after we decided to keep them. We were all taking a nap, and Anji was a camera assassin. I look like terrible, but the kitties sure are cute.

I love the fact that the picture of Anji and my grandmother was taken at my parents in the living room and YES that is a gun cabinet behind them.
