I know which show you'd like to see him in:

"I would love to visit you in Greece."

re: Message Board Celebrity Of The Day (Part IV) - greekmusicalfan
Salve, Regina, Mater misericordiae
Vita, dulcedo, et spes nostra
Salve, Salve Regina
Ad te clamamus exsules filii Eva
Ad te suspiramus, gementes et flentes
O clemens O pia

re: Message Board Celebrity Of The Day (Part IV) - greekmusicalfan

"If you were recuperating in a hospital, who would you want in the bed next to you, excluding relatives?"

That would be my two best friends, Jim and John. And any gorgeous guy wouldn't hurt re: Message Board Celebrity Of The Day (Part IV) - greekmusicalfan

"What has given you the most pleasure in the last year?"

Volunteering in the Eurovision Song Contest. It is not known in the US, but it is huge music event in Europe and it was a week of pure fan and a gay heaven re: Message Board Celebrity Of The Day (Part IV) - greekmusicalfan

"What's something that we would be surprised to learn about you? "

Maybe that I am awfully sensitive, despite my cynical sense of humor.

"If your house were on fire, what would you grab on the way out?"

Definetely my dog, passport and credit cards and photos.

"If we asked an important person in your life to describe you, what would he or she say? How accurate would it be? "

I guess he'd say that I am always optimistic, have a great sense of humor (it's my job), sound like a bitch but I am not and basically prefer beauty over brains ! He'd be right re: Message Board Celebrity Of The Day (Part IV) - greekmusicalfan

"What’s something that you’ve never done, but have always wanted to try?"

Swim with dolphins

"What’s the last great gift that you gave someone? And, that you were given? "

Friendship and love is the answer to both !

"GMF - did you go to any of the Olympic events?"

Actually I was a volunteer in the Olympics, so I really experienced the whole thing from the inside. One of the best experiences of my life, thta I wouldn't trade with anything ! I was stationed in the Olympic Village, helped in both the Opening and Closing ceremony and had a high accreditation pass, which allowed me to get in for free everywhere !!

zeppy baby, thank you. If you wanna ask who, from the board, I am lusting about, you know the answer LOL

emcee and jerby, you know how much I love you, right ?

Dottie, I was really lucky. I fell asleep on my couch and just woke up (it's 6.30 in the morning) and decided to check, before going to bed for the rest of my sleep. Of course, now I am wide awake ! Thank God, or the bloody time difference would screw me again re: Message Board Celebrity Of The Day (Part IV) - greekmusicalfan

"What show would you liked to have seen, but didn't because either you weren't born yet, or not exposed to theatre yet?"

That's a good one ! Definetely the OBC of RENT, OBC of Dreamgirls, Funny Girl with Barbra and My Fair Lady with Julie Andrews !

I'm not sure what show SM2 is referring to.

Congratulations again to a wonderfully kind and thoughtful person on this board. GMF, enjoy the rest of your celebrityhood, I'm off to bed.
Hey Dottie! Did your colleagues enjoy the cake even though your cat decided to sit on it? ~GuyfromGermany

I know, it's a lifelong dream of mine ! Would you believe it, that with all the wonderful sea, full of dolphins, surrounding Greece, there is not ONE organised excursion in the country offering this ??? It's infuriating !!!

I know I'm having eye issues, but I checked the list on the first page twice. I didn't see her listed.

To keep it running re: Message Board Celebrity Of The Day (Part IV) - Broadway_Baby

Congrats, Broadway_Baby!

My "new usual" questions:
What is your favorite role you'd one day like to play (soon as you get cast on Broadway)?

Which is your favorite Broadway songwriter/songwriter team?

What do you do first when you wake up in the morning? ("getting up" doesn't count)

If you were given the power, which past Broadway production would you undo so it never could have happened?

Enjoy your day!

Thank you all! I'm about to walk out the door and won't be back until later tonight, so I'm probably not going to be able to answer many questions...this is certainly an honor though!

re: Message Board Celebrity Of The Day (Part IV) - Broadway_Baby

A few questions before I head out:

What is your favorite role you'd one day like to play (soon as you get cast on Broadway)?
Val- A Chorus Line. Such a fun character in a show that's close to my heart ( I'm biased, I'm a dancer!)

Which is your favorite Broadway songwriter/songwriter team?
Hmm, Kander and Ebb...but these "pick one" questions frustrate me, I usually don't even think about my "favorite." There are aspects I like (and dislike) about so many! re: Message Board Celebrity Of The Day (Part IV) - Broadway_Baby

What do you do first when you wake up in the morning? ("getting up" doesn't count)
You say 'wake up' so casually. For me it consists of hitting the Snooze button 15 times and tossing myself out of my bed. Then I brush my teeth.

If you were given the power, which past Broadway production would you undo so it never could have happened?
None. I believe there is something beneficial that has come out of every production, even if it simply provides us with an opportunity to laugh at its failure (alright, it's cynical, but the truth. In My Life, anyone?). Not to mention that bad productions certainly help us learn from our mistakes!
