To repond to various PMs - ANYONE can be selected as the MBCotD. It's up to the individual to choose - but it can be a brand new poster, and older poster, anonymous poster or well known. The idea (since you can only be named once in 365 days) that we'll get to celebrate as many people as possible - perhaps people we never even knew about!

It's nice to know I'm appreciated. The road to New York got horrifically bumpy last night and for a moment there it appeared to be all over. But luckily it turns out that as the company hiring me haven't sponsored anyone before and don't know how it works. So I've spent the morning making frantic phone calls and now it seems to be all back on track again. Won't know for sure until Tuesday though I wouldn't think.

So this is a very welcome boost to my mood.

I've done a lot of fast talking (and Mama is PARCHED, I can tell you) and they had a lot of misinformation and all too literal information about the visa. My lawyer is going to call them today too and straighten out properly, using big words and everything
