Most annoying commercials...

What TV ads really get on your nerves? Here's a few of mine:

1) Those ridiculous Old Navy carolers. The older kids are nice to look at, but THAT KID!!! "They sure are festive"... I just want to shoot someone!

2) The Oliver Garden. "SOUNDS good? Can you hear the chicken marsala being stuffed? Is the limone calling?" You know what your husband means, you biatch!

3) The "Wake Up with the King" commercial. If I ever woke up and saw that sitting next to me, I would flip out.

Sorry. Just had to get that off my chest.

i agree about the old navy commercials.


and i just love to laugh at the "Brush Up" commercials...RIP SLIP BRUSH AHH! haha :)

I hate all Old Navy commercials. Pretty boys with zero charisma and bad hair trying to look 70s. ICK!

I saw a friend of mine from college in a Wal-Mart commercial not long ago. That was weird.

There's a REALLY annoying local commercial in Chicago about a jewelry store. Everyone keeps saying, "He went to Jerrod's" because they can instantly tell where a person shops by looking at a diamond ring. No, he went to Costco.

I hate the new Old Navy commercials. Bring back Morgan Fairchild and the old sit com actors. Those commercials went downhill after Carey Donovan passed away. They had a revival with Isobel "Weezy" Sanford then she passed away....hmm, maybe that's why Morgan isn't in the ads anymore...the Old Navy Curse.

I LOVE Old Navy commerials!! "Hey there, Katie, what is up? It must be great having 14 cousins...except for this time of year. That sure is a whole lot of presents!" But NOTHING beats the one from a few years back..."Old Navy, Old Navy, Old Navy Performance Fleece!"

The worst commercial is one for Zaican or however you spell it...this really annoying alarm sounds as it shows people who are starting to have cold symptoms. The noise is just unbearable!! I also hate the Bright House commercial with the lady who goes, "whoever said 'less is more' did NOT know what they were talking about...More is definetely better!" I don't know why, but I just want to punch that lady whenever I see her. Wow, I have WAY too many opinions on commercials LOL

I've pretty much had it with the car commercial using Aerosmith's Dream On. Much as I love Steven Tyler, the song is wearing pretty thin.

Oh, I'm beginning to like the "Wake Up With The King" commercial! Anything by Old Navy is bad--they even managed to make Li'l Kim look totally square last Christmas season.
Like the new Gap ads with Sarah Jessica Parker...cute boys and nice tagline: "How do you share it?"

I absolutely hate the Yoplait yogurt commercial where the two friends say, "it's [this] good, it's [that] good". I have to turn the channel every time it's on.

The other one where some rock star [Steve Tyler, I think] is in a restaurant and all the girls at one table go crazy trying to take his picture.

There's this one Value City (I think) commercial where this lady's two kids are dragging her out of the store kicking and crying that she didnt get her clothes with all the bargains. Just the shrill of that voice hurts.

Are commercials for movies relevant? If so, the Spanglish commercial.

And to everyone who watches the Bravo channel: I love Project Runway and Queer Eye, but I hate seeing the episodes advertised every commerical break, and then they have the thing during the show that's currently on. GRR!

there used to be one with where a cockroach came up on the screen and it looked very real, but then some exterminator would try to kill it. And suddenly, the commercial turns into like a laundry detergant commercial and it's like what is going on?!. i really don't understand how a cockroach relates to laundry detergant..

also, there is a commercial with Gladware or something of that sort and the husband is in the other room and the wife is in the kitchen and she asks the husband, "See through or red?" and the husband comes racing into the kitchen and then he realizes she meant containers for leftovers and not lingerie.

Matt, we have that Jarod's commercial in NY too. That definitely gets on my nerves.

I can tolerate most commercials but I lose my patience after I see them EVERY commercial break! (That means YOU, abcfamily!)

Radio commercials from my hometown normally piss me off...especially whenever they involve the Steelers and Myron Cope. GAH! My ears!
