In case no one's mentioned it, that horrid little girl on the car commercial who does the impression of her grandfather: "If you can find a better car, buy it."

AB-SO-LUTE-LY the WORST commercial I've ever seen it the PEPTO BISMOL one where they do the friggin dance, "Heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, DIARRHEA!" with the hand motions, ending with them grabbing their as$es. DISGUSTING!

Although, they must be doing something right because it's the only commercial that when I see it, I have to run out and get some to soothe my upset stomach!

That friggin Terminex commercial (the one where the woman's face is protruding through the wall and she speaks to the homeowner) which seems to air during every commercial break. Shut up, bitch!!

Also, the one promoting Las Vegas where the guy is a different profession (I'm a lawyer, I'm a neurosurgeon, etc.). This seems to air a lot as well. What's even more annoying is that there are probably a lot of people like that out there.

Just had to vent.

Calvin! I love that one! Although, sometimes it comes on so often it does get a bit annoying.


Annoyed by it or not, those commercials are the ones that are getting your attention and that's exactly what they want.

Definitely the creepy Burger King one! Scary.

My new fave ones are the Mac vs. PC ones by Apple. Simple and really, really clever!

I hate the Dollop of Daisy ones too.

The one that really gets me is for the Sony Bluetooth with the little girl dressed as an Ardvark for the school play and she's all drepressed because noone noticed her. (I was just the ardvark)Then the parents proceed to play the tape and you hear her annoying little voice go, "take my hand, guide me home..." GAH

One I love though is for Citi bank. It was on last night during American Idol. They show this big guy working out then he stops and starts to talk in the voice of the girl who stole his password online, and he's like, "HOLLYWOOD HERE I COME! Tell me what you think!" and sings Unbreak my Heart sooooo terribly.

When I'm home, I usually leave on Nick at Nite or Lifetime as background noise, and for some reason, I haven't figured out how to ignore that one yet.

Forumla 9 has the funniest commercial in the most horrendous way. It's supposed to be one of those diet pills, but it puts the phrase "diet pill" in quotations. Umm... so what exactly is Forumla 9 if it isn't an actual diet pill sans the quotation marks?

I don't know how many of you have this commercial...but the Kroger one with the lady and the flowers. "He must really love his wife...he buys her flowers EVERYDAY"...THAT one is soooo annoying.

The most annoying one is the one for Lunesta, that sleeping medicine. It's like, three minutes long (it feels like...)and that little green moth gives me nightmares.

EzilyAmusedChic2, I know exactly what you're talking about. That one started out as just a radio commercial where I live, and they played it every morning. Then, my worst fears came true, and it became a commercial. The lady sounds like she majorly OD'd on hallucinogens.

Another one is for a local hospital, and it has some lady saying "I used to think that I was allergic to s'mores, but it turns out that I just had to get my colon removed." And then they go on about how brave she was, and great it is that she can joke about her colon cancer. You have to hear it to get it, but she sounds like such a sarcastic, pompous bitch when she says it...it's aggravating.

Definitely the Wake Up With the King commercials. I also hate the Pepto Bismol dancing ones too.

The new Oscar Mayer commercials with the little boy singing in the fake throaty voice. I want to strangle him.

And the one with the father and son talking about the son going into the Army. "Good training?" "It's the Army." So all of a sudden the father is going to be happy that he's getting training to be in the Army when he doesn't want him to be in the Army in the first place???

The Burger King guy scares me. I am so glad I'm a vegetarian. lol.

I hate the KY warming touch lotion commercial. It's just really tacky. Ew.

I agree, chita, and you always know it's one of them because the preceding dialogue is always completely banal. So you're bracing yourself two lines in every time.

The one commercial that really gets on my nerves is the one for US Cellular where they're all talking about stories on their cell phones then it gets all muted and the subtitles at the bottom say like"my network dropped my call" They just drive me nuts. I also hate the Jarreds comericals.
