I thought of James Broderick, too, but is Matthew a "character actor?"
The one we all agree on: Sue Simmons.
Isn't Cantone more known as a stand-up that an 'actor' (even though he's done ASSASSINS, etc.) Yet who else is that well known and out?

Ok people. concentrate!! Why hasn't anyone gotten this? It should be easy.
