I'm voting for Kate who sang from Chicago.
And Kyle who sang from The Wedding Singer.

I voted for Katherine and Kyle

Idina: Somehow I got myself to the stage, came out at the end of the show, and I had some kind of closure.
Some guy: You looked great!
Idina: Thanks...I WAS SO HIGH! 8/21/05

Having seen all (but the dumpster girl), I must give credit to CBS for not calling this "The Next Broadway Star" cause none of these demonstrated the qualities to make a solo performer. And save the "they're still in school" speech. I've seen 10 yr old Annies with more personality than some of these.

I know many of the top tier musical theater schools passed on this (NYU, CCM, OCU, BoCo) which was a smart move. And it showed. Hell, they featured a school that doesn't even offer a musical theater degree! Good choice.

Ignorance is temporary. Stupidity last forever. Watch out BWW... HE'S BACK.

I wasn't surprised by the winners- but I was surprised by the DRS song choice.

"Dirty Rotten Guys"? Really? For a guy and a girl? I know Norbert hits some really high notes in that song, but still...

I'm not going to spoil the winners in case anybody else Tivo'd it like I did. They'll be doing their walk-ons tomorrow night, btw.

I loved Pryce's advice: he throws in "stay out of little red cars" at the end, and the host jokingly compares him to her dad. Lucie Arnaz was very sweet though, telling the winners to always have that much fun.

Yet without offering a degree in musical theater, the aforementioned university has turned out recent Tony nominees Brian d'Arcy James, Spencer Kayden and Stephanie D'Abruzzo, among others ...

Ohh yeah. Too bad they haven't actually won the award like those who went to universities that actually give degrees.
