My Pet Peeves..

- People who talking really loud.

- Lights on when I'm trying to sleep.

- People talking when I'm trying to sleep.

- People who cough and sneeze without covering their mouth/nose.

- When kids can't go a minute without texting on their cell phone, and have to check it in class, and church.

- Hearing people chew their food, and gulp their drinks.

- When Jose' moves anything involving a teenager or school to the student board.

- When students get certain perks for being "so smart."

I have more. But had to get these off my chest.

What are your pet peeves?

3 words... Teen Girl Squad. Aka those 14-16 year old girls who prance around in mini-skirts and tanktops in 30 degree weather, who never-ever get off their cell-phones, who think that they are just the coolest things on earth...they are becoming an epidemic!

someone blowing their nose when they at the dinner table/restaurant

dramatic over-yawning (as in: *YAAWWWWNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNAAAAHHHHH* making sure everyone heard/saw you)

people who think its hilarious to insult you in a language you don't understand. (this just happened to me with my sister. I mean really,what do i care if you can call me a 'b****' in portuguese??? we're not even porguguese!!

when you ride in someones car and they are totally rude to you (as in: blasting music or air conditioning/heating or smoking when you don't want it and are too shy to say anything)

i'm always nice to my car guests! :)

oh wait- about the skank-tweens.

i can't stand when they get their nails done.

Its like, porn star nails on a kid going through puberty. Ew.

And the 'bling' they wear just looks ridiculous. Even adults can't pull half that 'j. lo gigantic diamond jewellery' crap off.

I hate when people practically shout on their phones when they're on the eL and act like you should be as fascinated with their conversations as they are. That's my big one right now.

Cell phones at any kind of public performance (music, movie, theatre or otherwise)

People who bring cell phones to church.

The cell phone industry as a whole.

MTV and their horrible shows Super Sweet 16, Laguna Beach and MADE.

- Frickin 17 year olds who drive like maniacs in the school parking lots, because they are oh so cool.

- The macho coaches who look down on the music program.

-People who think they know a song well and sing it often not in tune and with the wrong lyrics.

-People who assume something about you without you without clarification. Especially, about your religion or political views.

I have many, many more, but I don't want to bore you all with them.

ljay, word on the moving posts to the student board.

Too many to list but:

-People not covering nose/mouth when they sneeze (I saw someone do this in the dining hall yesterday right onto this other girl's tray. She looked like she was about to throw up)

-People who fish for compliments (eg. size-0 girl that stares in a mirror and complains how fat she is until one of her friends assures her that she's skinny and look how fat THEY are in comparison!)

-People who walk slowly and block you from passing

-Parents who intentially ignore their children when they're misbehaving in public

-People who consistently get song titles wrong (Living in America vs. What You Own)

-People who assume something about you without you without clarification. Especially, about your religion or political views.
UGH, I HATE THIS! Seriously, this happens to me all the time. Fine, I go to church, that doesn't mean I'm a wacko-fundie protesting at the funerals of AIDS victims.

I can add:

- The crazy lady that was clipping her toe nails on a flight from LAX to Boston a few years ago.

- People who don't signal when they change lanes. Especially in large SUV's.

- People who don't identify themselves when the call.

-Compulsive brakers. They hit the brakes every two seconds even though there is nothing in front of them (including yellow/red lights)... and they do it so often that you stop braking in response and almost realize too late that they are actually stopping.

-People who don't turn their lights on in heavy rain

...perhaps I am an angry driver.

EW! I hate that! I especially hate when somone I'm on the phone with goes into the bathroom. I mean, I can hear the echo already, I really don't want to hear what comes next.

My mom has a bad habit of doing that when she is home.

"Mom, it is not a toll call. Call me back later, I really don't need to be a part of this transaction."

Then, at the theater, listen to some bit*h in the stall next to me prattling along as if I care about her business when she is doing her business. Just rude.

Anyway, I shall repost them in delight. Whee!

*Racism
*Anyone accusing someone of being a racist because they asked him/her to be quiet (Yes, this has happened during my French class last year).
*Anyone using the that 'n' word. I dare not even type it. You'd think with the students commanding respect they would have some common sense...
*There was a huge debate in my class during my freshman year if I should be considered black or white...ignoring the fact that I'm Hispanic
*The 'clique' in my orchestra class. Everyone knows everyone except me and tend to observe and laugh at my every move.
*Chain letters of every form (Text message, e-mail, etc.)
*The middle school children who come to the library after school acting tough, bragging about the fights that they were in as they were eating.
*I have no authority to ask anyone in the library to be quiet or leave, as I'm a page girl. The only thing I could do is get my boss.
*People who text during class
*People texting me for no reason at any time
*People texting me in general
*People calling me for no reason
*Pondering why the hell do I have a cell phone
*Homework. Period.
*Hearing my friends and random people bragging about the things they did while drunk. Trust me, I've done much worse while drunk, and to this very day, I regret it as it cost me a valueable friendship. Whenever I hear stories about these, I just roll my eyes in disgust.
*Not-fat People who think they're fat
*The group sitting next to my group during Animation class who makes snarky remarks to anyone. The drawer in their group (who's not very good, mind you) makes catty remarks about everyone's drawing, including mine.

...That's all I can think of now. I'll probably add more soon.

Someone once called me homophobic online because I called her a bitch. I didn't even know she was a lesbian, how was I supposedly discriminating her based on this?
