Oooh.. Em. Sophie is pathetic. I cannot believe her mother puts up with that crap from her. What a huge brat--- the new car thing just sent me over the edge.

OMG, I just saw the commercial and wanted to slap that girl all the way to Africa. "My dad gives me whatever I want, I'm a princess..." Blah. Blah. Blah. We'll see who's laughing when daddy kicks you out of the house and you have no common sense or life support skils whatsoever...

I've only seen one episode but it was more than enough.
I saw the one with a girl who used to live in New Mexico and she invited her old friends over to make them jealous.

ahhh I hate that episode with Sophie and the Moulin Rouge party. I just wanted to go over there and slap some sense into her. my favorite quote from that episode was, "don't even try to say the world doesn't evolve around me, 'cause today it does!"
And I can't believe that some parents are that much of a push-over. I mean c'mon, Sophie just belittled her mom in the dress shop, but then she buys her a new car?!

You know, if this show showed all different types of kids celebrating their 16th birthdays I think I wouldn't mind it. You could still show the annoying super rich bratty kids who spend more on a one night party than I spent for my house and my car combined, but I would love it if they would also show the girl who has a big party in her basement for her birthday, or the boy who has a great picnic. Unfortunately, now there are kids all across the US who think that spending $500,000 on a sixteenth birthday party is par for the course, and who won't understand when their parents won't throw them a similar party.

Was the episode tonight the one with the girl and her dad in the t-shirt with the shirt sleeves cut off? I saw that in the preview and wondered how the hell someone so white trash could have that much money. And not be Britney Spears.
My favorite part about the Sophie episode was that she spent $10,000 on a stylist to chose her an off-the-rack dress that made her look like Pillsbury Doughgirl.

I'm watching the one with the girl who's half Mexican, and her dad flew her in his private jet to Vegas so she could shop for a dress. She says she wants to look like Lindsay Lohan. heh.
