Some reports have surfaced that NBC is working on a children's edition of 'The Voice'. "We are hoping [to begin production] by the end of the year,” a source close to the show tells The Post. Hmm...I'm starting to remember something. Hasn't this been done before?

For some strange reason, I read this as a children's edition of "The View". I thought it would be Barbara Walters sitting around with the likes of Honey Boo-Boo
Omigod, American Juniors - I remember you well. Lucy Hale (of Pretty Little Liars) was on that show, actually.
I don't see this doing well, then again, everyone told Mark Burnett "The Bible" would be a ratings disaster and he got the last laugh on that.
My kid is so trying out for that, especially if I get to meet Adam Levine.

Yes. NBC had a big hit with this under the title "America's Kids Got Singing." Do you remember judge Jenna Maroney and her catchphrase "why don't you jump back up your mother?"

Can I not watch this now or do I have to wait until it airs to avoid it?
One of the oddest things I saw in the nineties was a kids singing show. The winner was a dolled up 11 year-old girl who sang "Call Me." Not kidding.
Roll me in designer sheets I'll never get enough?

If this version were to happen Stockard, it is not known if the main show's judges will do this show as well Randy Jackson, Paula Abdul, and Simon Cowell did not judge 'American Juniors'. It was mainly Debbie Gibson, Gladys Knight, and a guest judge every week.
I know, I was just being silly!
