My only complaint is that they started charging more for Blu-ray titles. Other than that, no complaints. A very efficiently run company. I've been using them for 4 plus years.
I was on the 3 at a time plan but found that to be a bit much at the time so I am on 1 at a time. I am also impressed that their service stayed the same even with this recession. I saw that their membership went up around the beginning of the year and feared that the turn around time might slip, but it hasn't. However, I have noticed that more of the movies in my queue have wait times. I have over 300 movies in my queue so that really isn't a problem!!
I love Netflix! I've been a member since 03'. I just added Roku this past week. So many movies and not enough time.
