Judging from the lack of posts, I'm assuming everyone else was pretty underwhelmed with this season as well? I'm not surprised McKey won since she was the obvious choice pretty early on, but I really thought Analeigh deserved the prize. At the very least, she deserves a career in television. The camera LOVES her. When they eliminated Marjorie, I knew the season was going belly-up. I'm thinking they chose McKey a long time ago and wanted to somehow manipulate the final two so the choice could be more obvious in the end. I don't know how else Samantha could have possibly made it that far. She seems really cool and nice, but she just didn't stand out.

And girl, what the hell was that runway? It was like Putt-Putt Barbie. The looked all kinds of ridiculous with that running start to get up the big hill. Both Samantha and McKey were stiff and forgettable. And apparently, everybody got bored because after two looks, it was over. Nothing fell off, nobody tried to kill a man on stilts, nothing was torn. It was like watching a bowl of oatmeal get cold, but without all the drama. Then it was just the fast-forward button to zoom ahead to verify what we already knew. BLEAGH!

Yeah, there are alot of eliminations that I've seen in watching past seasons that seem a little shifty, and I'm starting to think maybe they did have a winner selected from the start. Analeigh TOTALLY deserved to win the season, McKey was nice but a bit bland and uninteresting. I would have taken Ana over McKey, and even Samantha over McKey anyday. It was a very competitive but ultimately unsatisfying season.

Now I'm watching Cycle 9 and loving it!

I haven't been truly happy about a winner since Cycle 7. I'll take CariDee or Dani over any of these new winners any day.

I thought that when Whitney won. Tyra was determined to pick a "plus-sized" girl. They kept putting her in the bottom for several weeks in a row just to build the suspense. This year, even my daughter stopped watching- she said it's just so ridiculous and don't EVEN get me started on Tyra- jeez! The final fashion show was just not good- the final two couldn't even walk- neither can Whitney. Maybe Paulina should just go ahead and take over the show!

Yeah I was so bored with this season, and yet I continue to watch. =P

I also wish Analeigh had won, she was beautiful and adorable. I LOVED her CoverGirl photo she looked so stunning.

To be honest, I picked McKee from the first episode. No one else looked as much like a model to me as she did. I hope she actually gets some work. Most of the winners kind of fade away, no?

Wow...I'm amazed everyone thought Analeigh should've won! I liked her alot, and she was a good model, but was simply not that pretty. I loved every time she said she wanted to prove she was "not just a pretty girl..." I wanted to tell her she wasnt even that. McKey was one of my picks from the beginning along with Elena. I totally agree that the runway was the worst ever, and both finalists were terrible.

I love Whitney and think she was deserving in her season, Tyra pick or not. I also think she's probably the prettiest winner....certainly better than Jaslene, Naima, definite Tyra pick Saliesha and the one who married a Brady.

The only ANTM contestants I've rooted for have been Mercedes (so sad when she lost!), Dani and Caridee. Besides those two ladies, I can't believe the rest of the winners that were chosen.
