Eyewitness News asked Diana Medley, a teacher from a different school district, if she thought homosexuals had a purpose in life.
"No, I honestly don't. Sorry, but I don't. I don't understand it," she said.
Of course you don't understand it you ignorant twat. That's why you're so afraid of it.
Here's a thought: I don't understand how you, being a special education teacher, would support segregating a dance based on your own insecurities. Someone needs to evaluate your classes because you clearly lack the patience and, yes, UNDERSTANDING to be permitted to teach children with disabilities.

I don't think tax money should pay the salaries of bigots.
What turns my stomach is that these homophobes plan this sh!t and then when they get caught they're scrambling to do "damage control" and pointing the fingers at others to escape blame. They are some narrow minded, cowardly, pathetic individuals.
They're not sorry. Not one bit. They're only sorry they got caught and the eyes of the nation (if not the world) are upon them to witness their bigoted ways.
This statement made me laugh:
"As long as they aren't sitting there and kissing on the dance floor and grinding on each other, stuff like that, I don't have a problem with that, I don't see what's wrong with it. Prom is for everybody. It's a high school experience," Land said.
So in other words: "Sure the gays can come. But absolutely no public displays of affection are to be tolerated from them. They are not free to express how they feel towards one another. Only the straights are allowed to do that. It's bad enough we're allowing them to attend."

I had the same reaction to that kid Carlos.
Meanwhile anonymous has gotten involved so you know there will be some hell to pay.
I fail to see the problem. Sounds like 'separate but equal', and that worked out really well for race relations. Didn't it?
Dan savage weighs in:
“There's no way to stop the haters at Sullivan High School from holding an independent prom for the bigoted kids,” noted Savage in his blog for the Stranger. “But here’s what we can do: we can make a noise so loud enough that all the queer kids at Sullivan High School hear it. Those kids need to know that there are people—a lot of people—who think this sh*t is wrong.”

Can we back up just a minute?
Who is on every prom committee? Girls and their gay friends. You don't see straight boys planning the prom and making and hanging decorations unless their girlfriends pestered them to do so.
Proms are as gay as a bunny fur.
^^^^^^****
THANK YOU!
I wonder what my school dances would have looked like if I hadn't of decorated all of them?
Probably like crap.
Seriously--it's only the involvement of the Gays that make anything worth doing.
Give them what they want--NO Homosexuals.
All the gays kids should boycott the thing.
They can't play music written, performed or produced by GLB artists, musicians or producers
No food cooked by GLB vendors
No decorations by GLB vendors
No clothes by GLB designers, distributors or vendors.
= A big, empty f*cking gym with a bunch of naked bigots standing around wishing thety weren't so G*dd*mned STUPID.

You must quickly copyright this sentence.
Apparently we can decorate them and help pick out the girl's dresses..we're just not allowed to attend them.
The local gays should conspire and send all the girls to prom in the same dress.

Gunny Sack!!
If it weren't for us, MANY single girls would be staying home every prom night. I attended four senior proms and only paid for one because I was a "fun date". Prom without gays is like spaghetti with no sauce. Just a plate of wet noodles.
LOVE IT!!
that made my day Jordy.
