The picture above is from a German magazine "Musicals" which featured a nice interview with Drew in its latest issue.
I'd scan it for you but I guess it would be quite uninteresting for you because... well... it's in German.
Don't worry, I won't. Instead here's another hot pic. yum. :)
Good lord, that's nice!

I love that pic too. It's the background on my desktop. *sigh*

He should play Mr. Darcy.

I absolutely love his sense of style...so unique. I like people who are willing to mix stripes and camo--It says a lot about them
WOW. This thread has gone a week without being touched. Tsk, tsk. So, Jacques Brel. Who's planning on seeing it and when? August 17th for me!
I reallly want to go, but yeah, I'm stuck on the other end of the country.
Be sure and review it and all that great stuff when you see it! =)
Also anyone else hating the fact that the Lestat album was originally supposed to be released a few days from now, but now we have no idea. Grrrr.

Awesome! Drew is Grantaire in the Les Mis revival! PLEASE let this be recorded - this cast is too interesting to pass up!

I just about flipped out when I heard this! YESSS!!!
Anyone know if he might understudy for Javert or Enjorlas? I sure hope so!
As has been said in other threads, people said that role is normally the u/s Javert but I see him as more of an Enjolras (especially since I had a dream I saw him on as Enjolras and I was freaking out in my seat at the theatre so bad).
One month until I see Jacques Brel! I wonder when he's going to be leaving that because of Les Mis? Guy is going to be crazy tired if he's doing Les Mis rehearsals during the day and Jacques Brel at night. Eek..
Grantaire is also occasionally (though not as of the past several years) a Thénardier understudy track. Drew is WAY too young for the role now, although I can see him tackling it many years down the road -- what a freaky Dog Eats Dog that'd be. :)

The website for the Zipper Theatre said to expect a Jacques Brel cast recording by the fall. Do you suppose there's ANY chance Drew will be on the recording, or will it most likely be Rodney Hicks? (that's who he replaced - correct?)

More pictures of Drew. Party for NEVER TELL. I guess that's the show that uses his new music. https://www.broadwayworld.com/viewcolumn.cfm?colid=11152

Why is Drew so freaking adorable. I was shocked when I saw the Broadway.com video on Jaques Brel cause I didn't realize how handsome he was close up. *smiles* Mmmmmm.. All I have to say is "SUPERSTAR" and red wings. Wow.
ETA: He looks great in those pictures above. But that jacket and those pants!*giggles*
I still love him as much as always. :) I cannot WAIT until we start getting Les Mis production photos. And I'm loving the Jacques Brel video thingy on Broadway.com, what a sexy man.

All I have to say is that Broadway.com video was great advertising. It suckered me back to the show tonight, and DREW WAS FABULOUS!!!!! Aaah! My heart is now officially bonkers for that charming adorable man. *sighs*
Okay, now some of you probably know this... What's the deal with the eyes on his body? From what I could tell, he has a tattoo of an eye on his arm and on his back. Do they represent anything in particular. Or does he just have a fascination with eyes.
Mmmm.... Sexy talented hairy multilingual men make me happy.
I'm just hoping that they extend Les Mis, otherwise I won't get to see it. They had better! I really want to see it.

I had already bought my ticket when it was announced he was joining the cast. That was just a super added perk.
Really though, anyone know what's up with the eyes?

Ooh, I just wanted to point out that I love his teeth.... They make up his wonderful smile which melts my heart.
And the other thing...I actually haven't ever met the guy. I'm too chicken.

I definitely agree with you on the multilingual appeal, Chrys. Multilingual men are so hot.

I've never had a problem with Michael cause I met him in such strange circumstances.
But with Drew...gosh, I just don't know. I mean, he's so fabulous and I'm sure he's such a dear. But, I just don't know what to say to him without sounding like an idiot.
Enjoy the show, Taboo! Drew has brought SO much personality to the revival that I just want to see it again and again. Plus, I'm kind of in love with the whole cast!
