Just got news about Drew from Tommar after the softball game. Drew is going to be in "Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris" Off-Broadway. I have no idea when he's starting, but I know he was in rehearsal for it today.

Btw, I don't need to join another board, but I need to get this off my chest. There's a thread on that forum about his Jesus Christ Superstar. Everyone on there is commenting on how good he is as Judas...

...except that he plays Jesus on that recording. :)

If so, the recording being referenced is one where he did play Judas. Give people some credit, please.

So, are there TWO German JCS recordings out there with Drew? I just got one that's a very recent release (within the past month or so) and he plays Jesus.

I'm not trying to be an a**hole. On the contrary...if there's a recording out there that I dont' know about, I'd love to have it.

Drew has played both Jesus and Judas a number of times. The production being discussed is this one:

It's not an official recording, as far as I know.

The picture above is from a German magazine "Musicals" which featured a nice interview with Drew in its latest issue.

I'd scan it for you but I guess it would be quite uninteresting for you because... well... it's in German.
