Yes, it was a GREAT cam day! So, goodbye all, I'll try to tune in on Wednesday, but right now I must pack since I leave for home tomorrow.

We're going to miss you Annie.

A date with Dolly and Patrick would be cool. They could have it in Greg's dressing room (Like a private dinner for two) during the cam so that we could watch and see how things go between them.

hey guys. back from broadway barks... i've got about 4 maybe 5 pics of greg and joanna. i wish i could have brought home the cute dog joanna had but.. yeah mom would have killed me. anyway i'll put them up on my webshots then post the link so you guys can see.

Barb I used the headshot, I put that it was by Bill Kiefer at the bottom although its a bit small, and I sort of butchered the pic so let me know if i'm breaking any rules

movieinmymind, understandable posting that image since it had a "shout out" to you in it. :) Asking permission is mostly about giving credit where it's due and about doing our best to insure that images aren't misused by anyone. Since Greg's putting his copyright text on the web cam images now, that helps (people don't have to state the copyright info themselves as long as that text is kept on the image); so the main thing past that is to reference that it's from Greg's web site (GregoryJbara.com). But anyway, it's cool ...I hereby dub thee permitted to use that image, per the usual rules.

Catherine ... having myself had an "encounter" or two over many years of doing various web sites, official and non-, from either photographers or their "people" ... when the GFU sites first came up with people using Bill's photo of Greg, I actually checked with him to be sure from the get-go that there wouldn't potentially be any problem. He checked it out and told me he didn't have a problem, that it looked like everyone was just having fun with the photo and that it's also lo-res enough that no one can really do anything with it other than the fan art stuff online (i.e. words, without a high resolution version, no one's going to be able to use it to, say, print Greg tee-shirts to sell, since that would be just wrong, plus they'd look like crap besides.) So anyway, yeah, Bill's a nice guy, and he's cool with fans doing the kind of thing with the headshot pic that you did. I think it's always good to give the photographer credit.
Bill's a young guy and very talented, and Greg and I like to spread the word about him! :)

Aw, I didn't get dubbed though like movie in my mind, thats cool that he's cool( who thinks I can say cool like 10 timesin thispost...) I was just worried that putting a head on the ostrich wouldn't be cool, but if it is cool than thats cool...

...I just can't do it, i'm gonna have to get a lesson on the usage of cool from the wicked "fans" !!

aw, thanks barb! i was a little worried there! but, yeah, i figured that i was just us greg fans, so i didn't think that there'd be a problem!

and it's SO AWESOME, beind dubbed! haha. oh, and for the record, my name's jamie, if any of you are more comfortable calling me that. but, hey, movieinmymind is fine by me, considering that's what everybody's been using anyways! haha

well I can't speak for Bill on every usage of his photo, but since he was cool with the other fan art stuff, I imagine he'd be cool about the ostrich. lol (And I'm sure Greg would just lhao about it.) I'd imagine anything that isn't obscene/porno or illegal as far as this goes is probably okay.

How come no one's submitting their fan art to Greg's very own web site? I added a section for it some time back, and only Mamie and Liz have submitted anything. I've considered taking it down for lack of interest, but maybe it's just a matter of not enough fans knowing about it. So I've tried to "highlight" it on the main page menu a bit more.

Does mine fall under the category of fan art? I'm certainly a fan, but I wouldn't quite say its art ...I'll submit if it is, It wasn't easy to make without photoshop and no magic lasso...Ok I'm done bragging and mentioning my ostrich monstrosity in every post!!...I'll keep it limited to every other post from now on!!

Oh sure, fan art can be stuff that's drawn and scanned, or it can be creations made with an image program (Photoshop or whatever). Whatever someone can be creative with is cool!

and Cat ... I dub thee ... permitted to submit fan art created via Photoshop and sans magic lasso. (Where'd you leave it this time, Wonder Woman?)

Okay, got back from the beach two hours ago--showered, caught up, etc. Fell asleep in the sun for two hours and now have a lovely sunburn on my face.

Looks like another fun cam day. I had a couple of things to say but I know I forgot at least one...

Kerrie, macs are great once you get used to them. To answer your question, I assume you're using safari as your internet, when Safari is the bolded thing next to the blue apple in the top right corner, just click on file and new window, that's how you open new windows.

Umm...umm...shoot. Can't remember much else for over 15 pages. I definitely had some Greg-related comments. It seems he becomes more interactive with the thread with each cam, that's really awesome.

Oh I knew! I'm the champion at 6 degrees...usually w/ broadway, movies, TV, etc but let's see I can do this...

An ostrich..is a bird..Iago in Aladdin was also a bird...Lea Solanga was the singing voice for Jasmine in Aladdin and was in Flower Drum Song with Jose Llana who was in Rent(my first Angel) as were both Norbie and Sherie who are in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels w/ Greg.

See...champion at six degrees.

I'm sure the flood story took more than two weeks, I certainly remember after softball a couple of times hitting myself for not remembering to ask about it..

I know I have more to say, but man, I gotta get up tomorrow, still hafta call ppl, check more rush info...you know there really should more hours in the day for beach and city days...
