annie, I think it was just a delay in the images ... there should have been an empty room image up first with the "and we're off" message ... he's been on stage and back, but for the usual time I'm sure, lol ... the cam doesn't always reflect "real" time due to how the wireless feed's cooperating with the uploads from the theatre.

And I can't listen to it again...and I had to download it and the last two songs are all crackly which makes me sad, and I'm all ready sad because the last two songs are exceedlingly sad and then there's the crackling and I'm even sadder...
