First off, stop jacking Greg's thread into a Les Miz thread, you have one of those already! :-P
Okay last softball game for me this year...stupid family portrait next week...Disneyworld(okay not complaining about that) and a class in July...boo.
Anyway, thank god for starters, cooler this week than last week when I was dying, but again we got a different field but stands were still in shade, very nice. Greg wasn't there at first which made me sad b/c it was my last game. But he came a couple minutes later with Zach(Barb, is it Zach or Zack, feel bad spelling his name wrong!) on his shoulders(soo cute!)
He saw me and asked if I had my pom poms...haha sadly no I never got around to buying them but I told him I did bring my DRS shirt to use as a rally shirt(for baseball illiterate ones, that basically means I swing it around in the air to cheer). He said I crack him up.
Hardly talked to him most of the game, he was either fielding or base coaching, the game...OY. Kinda depressing for my last. See DRS is decent I think, last time they came very close to beating All Shook Up which is undefeated, but today they were beaten 8-3 by Chitty who was previously winless. Baseball, go figure(Their coach was honestly pissing me off...he was yelling at someone to run to second after he smacked into the first baseman and looked pretty hurt..but that's another story)
Julie(his wife) and Aidan(Greg's other son, a bit over 1) came at the last inning. She ended up sitting next to me and we relished in the fact that DRS got more tony noms and wins than Chitty so we felt better, but kept that to ourselves.
Then Greg and I talked a bit after the game. Apparently, I don't know why since I'm sometimes scared, but he's not at all scared by the thread, he finds it very entertaining and apparently "everyone" read it(don't know if everyone met well everyone in the entire cast, etc. or everyone we at least saw on the cam looking at the computer--I'm gonna go with everyone we saw on the cam) so yeah...we're known...and entertaining..yaay us. He has been reading e-mails and knows about GFU, just been a bit delayed in replying(he's soo great about it usually, I certainly think he deserves a bit of break). He said he didn't go to GFU yet but I said to my knowledge not much went on there because the chat was annoying, but he said he plans to check out at least the site soon. Ooh, and he loved this avatar pic I found of him in Damn Yankees, lol.
Oh yeah, then he "officially" introduced me to Julie(we've talked a bit before), from what I can tell and what Barb's said she too seems like a doll...and at this point Greg was holding Aidan so I started making faces and wiggling my tongue and stuff(I love kids, I can't help it) and he seemed pretty captivated by me, think he smiled a bit at the end. I threw in my millionth thank you for last Saturday and he said he'll "talk" to me Saturday(course I'm slow, took me a minute to figure out what he meant...) So yeah guys, guess we don't need to worry about being scary, so keep this thread going, glad we're entertaining.
Oh and since I mentioned this before, I saw Rak when I was walking up to the bathroom...told her she was great at Broadway Under The Stars, then laughed and told her how I thought she did great acting to pretend to be so wooed by Dan Fogler...she laughed and said no she loves him, he's really great. I made a face and said yeah, but I wanted Matt to win. She laughed and said she could understand that.
I'm gonna miss softball! I'm missing softball and the DRS signing(could have finally gotten a chance to talk to Joanna and get an autograph--she left when there was like 5 people in front of me at the giveaway). Oh well.
