Rachel good luck with the SASE. I've always wanted to send one but I never knew the whole thing behind it. What kind of envelopes etc. Would anyone like to enlighten me?

I'm not sure what's behind the SASE thing. I asked my mom and she said she'd get me the envenlope(s) needed. I'm still not sure of how it works though.

Kay I dont know if you know this or not but Christian is out to night.

Christine you have two envenlopes on one of them you put your address and how ever many stamps on the other one you put the address of the actor you are writting, you put the one with your address in side the one for the actor, and when they send you something back they out it in the one you sent with your address on it.

Oh, ok. Thanks. I do have two envelopes. I've got a smaller one that I guess I put my letter in, and John can put the Playbill and/or headshot in. The second one is bigger and I guess it'll cushion whatever is in the smaller one.

jblover-unfortunately she does know that Christian is going to be out, she was more than a little bummed, but she called me about an hour ago to brag that she got an e-mail from Jennifer Naimo who is going to take her backstage tonight. Damn her.

it doesn't have to be on bigger and one smaller you can always fold the one, but it is up to you.

I would love to help you guys with the SASE thing, but I'll probably confuse you more! There was a good how-to in the FAQ, however.

I'm still soooo jealous of everyone who got to see Daniel!

I just mailed my stuff out to John! I'll try to help you guys out with the SASE thing--I think I may have the hang of it now (either that or I'll just confuse you more, hehe) Anyways, here goes:

*Get two 9 x 11 envelopes (that's the size that I got at least.)

*Address one of the envelopes to John, and the other to yourself. You're gonna need two stamps for both envelopes...the lady at the post office told me that anything that's bigger than a regular letter needs at least two stamps, even if it's not that heavy.

*Fold the envelope that's addressed to you in half, and put it inside the envelope addressed to John.

*You may also want to put a thin piece of cardboad inside the main envelope to prevent any bending, etc., and just stick a post-it note or something on there asking John to send it back in the envelope addressed to you (thanks for clearing that up for me earlier, Kathryn!

).

*Now just make sure you're letter's in there with everything else, and send it out. Voila!

I hope Christian feels better! And I wish I could go backstage with Jennifer! She's such a sweetie. I wish I could go backstage period, lol.

Christian is not sick this week, I think, but on vacation (according to the JB blog). I'm glad he'll have some R&R.
