Scoundrel, I was glad to read the stage door was crowded, that makes me very happy for Norbs and the rest of the DRS cast/crew.

I'm also counting my lucky stars that I was able to meet Norbert and take pics back in April! (Even though the pictures will never see the light of day as I look like a complete goober in them.) :)

Hedwig-I seriously doubt that but still I'll see your goober and raise you a milk dud. :) My pic with Norbert came out great...as long as I cut myself out of it.

Haha! Isn't that sad, my one brush with the Norbster and I ruined it by being completely star struck! I know it must be so shocking to read that, since I normally exude such maturity and coolness.

I know Steve Martin played Freddy in the movie. I just don't understand why its an issue as to why its an issue of his ego to see the show....

Plus, how do we know he never saw it? My friend sat next to Mr. Martin at "Spamalot", but it wasn't announced that he was in the audience or anything.

A lot of actors see shows without hoopla around them. Andy Garcia sat in front of me at "How to Succeed" and Samuel L. Jackson was a few rows back at "The Producers". But I only knew that because I recognized them.

I thought Steve was pictured on Broadway.com at the Spamalot opening--I know he was at Glengarry, because he was in "The Spanish Prisoner", which also written by David Mamet.

oh well. lol. listening to 'nobody needs to know'...man, norb is amazing in L5Y!!!

and Steve was at the premier of Spam.

I think that is sort of a slap in teh face for the DRS people. He's saying, I won't see your performance of a movie I was in, but I will go to the premiere of a show I have nothing to do with. I don't know, there's just something about it.

Leo= Lion

So, I gues that meakes Norbert the Blond Hero of Lion Butz!!!

Good Mornin' broadway betty! Or I guess I should say "Good Afternoon" for you east-coasters. :)

I enjoyed the pics from the unveiling, and I agree with Scoundrel, Norbs looks great in that green polo.

Also, thanks to Alejandra for posting the link to the JRB article. Has anyone had a chance to pick up his new cd?

Hi Hedwig! *waves* I haven't bought JRB's new cd yet but the man who wrote the article highly recommended it so I should do so soon. He's performing the new material on Sunday, right? That would be cool to go to. If Chrys hadn't abandoned me for the summer we could go.

Yup, it's Sunday. I wish I could go as well since the article makes it sound like JRB's live performances are not to be missed.

I think you all may have discussed this before but I LOVE that he said his favorite shows were Piazza and DRS. I do agree Mr. Brown!
