lol that's awesome! So nice of him to read your letter and get Sherrie to sign it, I'm probably going to bring it when I see DRS again, hopefully Sherrie will come out!

I just got the L5Y CD last week and I am so obsessed. Norbert and Shere sound beautiful. I seriously cannot get enough of it.

I can't even pick a favorite song, because each day it's something new.

YES!! AN L5Y CONVERT! Last 5 Years is seriously my air and my comfort music, yet it makes me cry. I listen to the CD at least 4 times a day and I've totally like analyzed the story over and over, lol. I just can't get enough! Jason Robert Brown = genius, I bugged out when he PMed me!

Ever think Norb regrets being so forthright about that little "bladder evacuation" episode? i wonder if the PR hacks are not reworking his "image presentaion" as we speak.(NOTE: this does NOT refer to our beloved CJR who is most assuredly not a hack!!)

*sigh* I am depressed. First Matt's rumored to be leaving Piazza, but now, even worse, Sherie may be leaving DRS. I am happy for her, though.

As far as Sherie's replacement goes, I think Jennifer Laura Thompson could be great as Christine. I'd always wondered what she and Norbert would have been like onstage, had he stayed with Wicked a bit longer.

Great casting, Alejandra! I ADORE JLT on the Urinetown recording. She would be fantastic as Christine!

I'm sad that Matt is leaving Piazza but hopefully he's just getting ready for another show.

But that show she's doing is opening in February. When is she going to have time to rehearse and be a mom ontop of still doing DRS? XD I know Norbert is contracted through Feb., but I hadn't heard when her contract is up.

Ok, here's my Norbs-related item: Maybe Teri Hatcher and Norbs will both be award-winners this year. He got his Tony and she is up (maybe favored?) for an Emmy..not bad for these Cabaret alums!

She's done the role before, so I'm sure she would be fine...

Hi party people!

I won Spelling Bee lotto(I've never won any lotto b4) on Thursday night and it was really really funny! Definetly the most I've laughed this season. The cast is so precious, each one of 'em! I met most of the cast afterwards and they were all so nice.

Sat night, before FB: SVU started, I was killing the time walking around the theatres on 44th and 45th. I was passing Spamalot and BERNADETTE PETERS walked pass me! I was in shock and I pulled out my camera. All I managed to get was a shot from back but it's something. Walking later, all I came up with that I could've said to her was "Norbhut?", lol.

So, I went to the Imperial and got the DRS program. Here's Freddy's profile:

BB: I'm so jealous you got to see Spelling Bee and meet the cast afterward! I wanted to see it so badly when I was in NY but unfortunately it opened the week AFTER our visit. And then you saw Bernadette! What a great weekend. Did you enjoy Forbidden Broadway?

The program sounds hilarious. Yay, it's only ten bucks! I'm going to rush over to the site to see if I can buy one. And Freddy is only 27? Interesting...

Forbidden Broadway was hilarious! Gerard Alessandrini is a genius. There are already new numbers that aren't on the cd but deserve to be recorded. They usually spoof one song from any show but they spoofed two from Piazza-"statues and stories" and "say it somehow".

Clara's "problem" was very obvious, and Fabrizio was spraying his hair with hairspray, lol. The hat part had to be the funniest visual of the number. A hand comes from off-stage and clips a string on Clara's hat then it's pulled up and down while Fabrizio jumps up and down trying to "catch" it. I was dying! And that was only like 6 or 7 minutes. I love FB!

Freddy 27? That seems way too young. I would have thought more like, 35 (which is still young, but more mature than 27).

I love Norbert.

I am reading HP 6 right now. I just started, so it's too early to form an opinion. I really loved OOTP (my personal favorite in the series) so I skim/read that again first. :)

According to the program, Freddy is 27, Andre is 38, and Lawrence is 55. Freddy's age does seem kinda young but what makes it even more puzzling is that he's also younger than Jolene(32) and Christine(29). I think all three of the men's ages need to be hiked by at least 5 years.
