After Joan Crawford died, Bette Davis was asked if she had anything to say.

Miss Davis replied, "My mother taught me you should never say anything bad about the dead, only good."

Then she added, "Joan Crawford is dead. Good.”

The sad part of it is, is that she got to have a good, long life.

But the good part of that is that she got to live long enough to see gay people in this country gain the right to marry. She died knowing that her greatest fears had become reality.

We can only hope that she didn't actually die and will be buried alive.
