I don't really have a problem with Oprah, but Hermes was right in this situation.
Although, I do wish it had been some other overly-entitled American celebrity that wasn't given the special treatment they expected. Like Jennifer Lopez, I'd kill to see the resulting diva fit if she was turned away.

this has been all over. the store was CLOSED! they let people who were in the store say to finish up. if it was somebody black who wasnt famous it wouldnt make the news.
