There's no sound in the clip, but I think what sparks it is when the man knocks the papers off his desk, you can see him start to rock back and forth before he snaps.

I am curious about the story behind this. There's no way this guy didn't get hauled off to the pokey...that's what I hate about these videos, they dont' tell you anything about the situation or the people.

I'm just guessing, but I think some of those people didn't flee because to get to the exit, they'd have to walk in the direction of the lunatic and they were probably afraid he'd attack them. ????

Actually, in the cell phone video, you can see that people are trying to restrain him. Props to them. It takes guts to take on actual batsh*t crazy.

And the cell phone video is even funnier because you can hear the horrified screams!

That really was not funny at all. It would be one thing if the guy was just mad and throwing papers around. However, he was just being disruptive and destroying anything and everything.
