I am working on "aging gracefully," meaning that I accept the changes in my looks and work with what I've got. I've never seen anyone who has had cosmetic surgery age well. I think it makes things worse. (It can look great at first, but as time marches on...not so much.)
Eat well, exercise, take care of your skin, brush and floss regularly, don't bake in the sun and no smoking. (Many dermatologists and other medical doctors claim that smoking ages you more quickly than anything else.)
It also doesn't hurt to have good genes.
