re: Pop Rocks...

I was actually more of a Space Dust person myself, since that's the one that I started on. Actually, I started on Zotz and was trying to use the Space Dust to ween myself off of Zotz. Ah, the good old days when candy was entertainment.
If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

Pop Rocks were so much fun! Space Dust was dull by comparison. But I LOVED Zotz!! The green ones were my favorite. They were really hard to find. When I was a kid, we could only get them from the ice cream man. Do the roving ice cream trucks still exist?

re: Pop Rocks...

I got kicked out of a movie in 9th grade because my friend Alex and I were eating pop rocks and laughing and making way too much noise. I think it was With Honors, which is sad and profound, and we were cracking up. Oops

re: Pop Rocks...

Oh, man this takes me back. My friends and I were responsible for the total ban on Pop Rocks from the sixth grade. We just couldn't keep them out of the classroom.

Over the drone of the teacher we would hear the fizzing and popping, and the subsequent giggling. So, like school prayer, they were banned.

They still make pop rocks?
I heard an old wives tale that the little kid in the Life commercials died from Pop Rocks.
I used to love them.
I'm sure they are terrible for your teeth.
No wonder I have tons of cavities.
Watch out kiddies.

When I was about 7, my friends dared me to test the "Mikey" tale. I put an entire pack into my mouth, then immediately chugged a can of Coke. It just pops around a lot and can sting the roof of your mouth, but that's it. The massive sugar rush is the real problem.

re: Pop Rocks...

My advice on Pop Rocks is this... do not use them as an aid during oral sex. Although it seemed like a great idea at the time (her idea by the way), probably the most pain endured by my wife I have yet witnessed. Awful. Good thing I wasn't drinking a Pepsi or she might have died.

I used to love Pop Rocks. I think you can still find them, if you look hard enough.

re: Pop Rocks...

Question:
Has anyone here ever kissed using pop rocks?
It just seems like it would be a fun thing to try.
I starred in a short film called Magnetic Personality. Check it out!

*gasp*
Kitten, was that to me?
I didn't think that would be a tempting offer for you.

But it does sound like a good idea, does it not?
