As is tradition with a group of her fans here in SF, we will be meeting at the Top of the Mark for a toast in her honor this evening. If you are on Nob Hill...
I find it so sad that she never really felt the love she had - or has in death. You are loved and missed Francis Gumm.

I wish I were in SF, I would join you guys! That's a really nice tradition
In 1975 a good friend took me to Ferncliff Cemetary where I saw Judy's mausoleum resting place.
Another example of a talented woman exploited for a buck. If she only had the inner strength and timing to pull herself out and stay sober.
If she had lived and survived to the Betty Ford era she could be alive today.
And finally won an Oscar for playing William Holden's wife in "Network." :)
What an amazing woman. I have no doubt that she will never be forgotten.
And if only....
What a remarkable, strong, inspired artist.
You are sorely missed Judy. Godspeed.
Judy died a mere two months after I was born in 1969. I'm so glad we shared the planet, even it was only for a brief period. She left us far too soon. She will never be forgotten.
