These things people hold sacred like there was the ultimate genius, the "founding fathers", give it a break, we need a whole new constitution for this century. The people who go back to founding fathers crap are as dumb as dirt. The second amendment says I can have a nuclear weapon taken to it's logical conclusion.

In what specific area(s) and in regard to what specific information do you feel you should have an expectation of privacy that is now, you claim, being violated? How have you suffered actual harm or damages from these violations? Be specific... don't just give us your usual howling at the moon, vague, generalized pissing and moaning. And that your wife is finally dumping your sorry ass cause she found out you have an Ashley Madison account is not the government's fault.

Again more generalized statements just to create worry and concern. What can they find out about you, how would they go about doing that and how can that damage you? Who is "they" anyway? The government? People you have to provide info to, to buy a house, get credit? WHO? Most organizations have privacy policies in place. What do you think is missing? Are you talking about identity thieves and hackers who try to gain access illegally? If so, that's a software vulnerability issue not a privacy issue. WHO EXACTLY DO YOU BELIEVE IS TRYING TO COMPROMISE YOUR PRIVACY AND HOW HAVE YOU PERSONALLY BEEN AFFECTED BY IT?
