I know the term "epic fail" is overused, but this is pretty dire.

In the NYT, John Carmanica asks Thicke the tough questions, including:

"Did you go out of your way to make “Paula” as musically unambitious as possible...?"

"On 'Get Her Back', after whining "It’s so hard," do you think that forcefully and sternly declaring, "But it doesn't have to be" makes your point more effectively than just uninterrupted groveling?"

"How scared are you, really?"
