Politicians won't resign.

They will if the Koch Brothers tell them to.

If you were a Koch Bother right now, would you want to invest a couple of more million dollars in a losing candidate or tell the loser to step aside for someone you thought you could win.

I know it sounds crazy, but I'm pretty sure conversations are being had.

Romney takes his orders from the Koch brother, Sheldon Adelson,etc.Mitt has no say in the matter. Anyone who thinks Mitt picked Ryan is living in Lala land.Pal Joey,I had not thought of that but it is plausible. Ryan would then pick a VP. I hope if the Democrats do have something on Mitt they wait til later October to disclose.

Florida has already been purchased. The Romney Campaign even has a receipt.Rick Scott will be rewarded.

I don't think Mitt and Co.is concerned what seniors think of him or his VP at this point.They are relying on low turnout with young people and minorities.I'm concerned with Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Mitt made a poor choice,IMO. However,I still think the Democrats need to be cautious.

It was not a poor choice by a long shot. It has already solidified the base, which has always hated Romney.

It only seems a poor choice if you read what our side is saying about it. If you listen to what the pundits and bigmouths on the Right are saying about it, it is a scarily smart choice.

I just don;t see seniors,minorities, or more important, independents swaying towards Romney because of Paul Ryan.I think he is more divisive than Romney. However, the Extreme right and the Tea Party are pretty happy.Like I said,His numbers will go up and stay up til the convention.Curious what their numbers will look like in a month. Like I said, I am very cautious.

Floridians HATE Rick Scott. I'm from Florida and I hear this all the time from people. I've spent 2 of the last 6 months down there and the hate for him is evident everywhere. I wouldn't say Florida is bought and paid for with a receipt just yet.

Choosing Rubio was a no brainer. Romney just gave Obama Florida. Ryan is an extremely smart guy- don't kid youself. He probably knows more about this country's budget situation than anyone on Capital Hill. But it won't help Romney.

I'm with you on that! I am a small blue dot in a red sea (AZ) where a vast majority of people are crazy conservatives. Being constantly surrounded by strong Conservative ideology makes me VERY paranoid because I see how strong and devotedthe other side is.

Anybody over the age of 22 who still cites Ayn Rand as an influence on their world view, especially one who tried to take charge of the budget plan, is not smart. He, like Newt Gingrich, is like a dumb person's vision of a smart person.
