I think it was uncalled for also. Vivi didn't find that little costume in her dress up drawer. Rosie doesn't even let her kids watch TV. That child was used to shove her mother's opinion in peoples faces.

HD - Do tell me what was offensive? I think she said something remotely offensive about cancer patiants once which she apologized for, and that chinese thing. Both of which comedians make fun of everyday.

Her views on 9/11 did not upset 9/11 survivors or the families of victims.


She isn't the only person in the public eye that is criticizing the Iraq War or the push for war with Iran.

I really don't get how she gets more flack for speaking out about important valid issues than the leaders of this country. George Bush flat out lied to the American people about Iraq. Democratic leaders are endorsing the privitization of Iraqi oil. Meanwhile our troops are being used as game pieces.

I just don't get it. I guess being the only person to speak out about something comes with strings.

As I wrote in my post but will repeat here for those with apparent reading comprehension issues: No, I do not believe that Rosie intends to hurt people's feelings. I'm sure she does with her brash attitude, but I do not believe she sets out to do that. Ann Coulter sets out to do that. It is her intention. And she calls herself Christian-influenced. She's right, of course.

I don't think you can get a more ringing endorsement than Mr Roxy calling somebody else nuts.

Well I remember Bill O'Reilly saying that she should apologize for saying about World Trade Center 7, and ABC should fire her. They had a panel on MSNBC going on about it, and the reality is they didn't ask any 9/11 families or survivors to appear.

It made no sense. No one was angry. If anything people were pissed because there was no followup on the View.

Rosie hurts America and all of her citizens when she spouts invalid and unfounded conspiracy theories about 9-11. You don't think that it is hurtful to the entire Bush family for Rosie to accuse George W. of planning 9-11? PLEASE!!

Rosie started the fight with Donald Trump by making ridiculous personal attacks....this was innocent?

Rosie attacks every conservative politician and insulted Elizabeth many times on The View, but "that's different."

Her hate speech on TV and on her "blog" is well known, and she is the worst offender of lowering public discourse.

Her sheer stupidity in many statements on The View represents highly offensive speech.

This week, Rosie lost it in a lively debate with “The View” co-host Elizabeth Hasselbeck-the woman liberals love to hate.

“Rosie O’Donnell didn’t take long to break out of her shell and spew her liberal hate. On yesterday’s garrulous fem talk show “The View”, Meredith Viera’s replacement compared the “threat” of “radical” Christianity in America to radical Islam throughout the world. Yeah, because you know about those crazy Christians beheading terrorists and flying planes into buildings.”

Poor Rosie, she has reduced herself to playing the role of a barking moonbat. There are evangelical Christians whose views differ from mainstream Christianity, but there is no terrorism endorsed by world-wide Christianity. Murder, terrorism, and death to innocents are soundly condemned by all sects of the Christian faith. While Rosie’s lifestyle and views are not endorsed by many who follow the Christian faith, they are not suggesting, promoting, or engaging in terrorism of Rosie or any other Americans. Rosie’s unspoken demand that everyone embrace her belief system clouds her view of Christians, and her intolerant and bigoted remarks should be disavowed by the ABC television network. In making her radical comments and sticking to them, Rosie has placed herself on the side of the Islamic terrorists along with many other American liberals.
