WTF?! "CARRIE" is right!

It so airbrushed if I did not know beforehand I would have no clue that was SJP.
Is that the pyramids in the reflection on her sunglasses? Is Carrie going to Egypt?
Wow, I really don't like it.

OMG, you can't see her wedding ring.

There is no way that's her actual body.

Is the sequel computer animated?
It looks just like Rachel Griffiths!
I really hope they improve from the last movie. Seriously, it was like as if Michael Patrick King wrote like maybe six episodes and threw them in a blender, left out most of the good parts, then focused on the glitz, glamour and fashion side of Sex and the City and then focused his last bit on making a decent and coherent story. I swear, that movie was SO focused on fashion that it took away what I loved most about the series. The relationships between Carrie and her friends, their witty dialouge (I mean there are HARDLY any funny moments in the movie) and fantastic character development. It's like the story and writing took a backseat to aethetics. I REALLY hope the next movie captures what made SATC such a great series.

It was rushed out before the writer's strike. I am expecting better writing this time.

After she saw the movie, my friend Nicole said, "I really liked it, but there was part in the middle where Sarah Jessica Parker looked like sh*t for a really long time..."
I liked the first movie in the theater, but it plays better at home, because I think - and I don't mean it in a negative way - it DOES play like a short season of the show.

And seriously, what's up with her neck in that poster?
I saw a photo where SJP and Kim Cattrall were basically doing an 80s flashback. I wonder where they could be going with this.
Jordan- It also kinda looks like JCM as Hedwig who looked a bit like Rachel Griffiths as Hedwig.

Now that you say that - and I could totally be making this up - wasn't there a rumor it was going to have flashbacks to when they all met?
That looks NOTHING like SJP.
Phyl- I think I read that somewhere too. Who thinks it is a good idea to have women in their 40s, and for Cattrall 50s, to pretend they are 20 years younger than they given the HD/Blu Ray era where hiding causes them to look expressionless?

The flashbacks may be a lot of fun, and I really love these ladies, but none of them can pull off early twenties!

You're right, Jerby. SHE LOOKS AMAZING!
Is SJP doing The Sally Kirkland Story?
Cause I'd pay. A lot.

Sarah looks a little like Alex Forrest.

Evie, I love the clutch!
It's too bad they can't just use clips from Mannequin and Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, even though it would make absolutely no sense. I loved when Sarah danced to Q-Feel!

I think they made Miranda look older with that look. But perhaps that was the point. Reminds me too much of my mom in photos from the 80s.
