J's Hangout -- the only place I'd ever seen that had a "beer check" (no liquor license, but you could bring in a six pack and they would put in a fridge and give you a claim check, so you could come back and get beers as you needed/wanted them).

Ahhhhhhhhh "J's Hangout". Now those were the days. Sunday evenings will never be the same. But I could never eat at whatever restaurant now occupies the space. All that would come to mind is a room full of hot, sweaty, butt-naked men with raging hard... well you get the idea. Memories... misty water-colored memories...

But better than both of those combined are the threads from a third-party posting a message from the self-banished.
