Even I remember J's Hangout and I'm not from New York. I ran into a scary guy into torture downstairs who proudly described the details of how he sent his last conquest to the Emergency Room. That was the last time I was there.

Well if you are smart when you leave you leave yourself a possible return in it just to cover all your bases. Of course my reasons for leaving the board for awhile were grades and resurrecting my social life, but I came back better than before!

Splash is a great place, lots of fun. I'd be taken there alot by my roommates - would usually always find some new friends to play with.

Used to love to hang out at Splash back when. They had a great pool table in the back. It's also where Jerry Herman had the first "Broadway Bares".

Jerry Herman? Now THAT would be an interesting thought -- have the men all strip to the strains of Hello Dolly (I think you mean Jerry Mitchell).

I was there for the first Broadway Bares at Splash. It was a rather low-key event with just a handful of dancers (I don't even think you had to pay to get in as I recall). My, how things have changed.
