Matty is a nice guy. He hasn't been a jerk at all. At least not that I can remember. I was SO happy he wasnt voted off last night.
And I think Sugar may be on to Kenny. She may flip next week and that would help Bob.
This is going to be the angriest jury EVER!!!
#126Guess who's NOT coming to dinner?
Posted: 12/5/08 at 9:23amHe admitted to having been a jerk in his profile and has said on the show that his personal life had been a mess because of his party lifestyle. Apparently his girlfriend has really helped him attempt the straight and narrow.

Posted: 12/5/08 at 9:48amMatty seems like a nice guy, but he just doesn't seem very bright. He seems to fit the Claifornia, surfer dude stereotype- very nice, laid back, but not all that smart. He's certainly playing the game that way.

Agree about Matty - he has been a nice guy throughout the show, and had the bad luck of being stuck with some of the biggest idiots on the losing team.
I TRULY hope that they figure out a way to get rid of Crystal and Kenny. Kenny has been on my last nerve since the beginning. I gave him a bit of credit during one of his strategic plays, but just can't STAND him. And Crystal has been a bitchy, crybaby who hasn't contributed to a single challenge or done anything to deserve the win.
Let's hope Sugar, Matty and Suzie figure things out. And, I am rooting for Bob to win. I believe in miracles...
It's interesting that, considering I wasn't drawn to any of the contestants at the beginning, this has turned out to be one of the most interesting Survivors in years!

I think Matt is a douche (not Mr. Matt, of course
) and will end up regretting proposing while on Survivor...not the best time, fool! It was sweet, but I'd rather talk rationally when we got home about it, not do it on tv when I'm not in my right mind.
I think the plan could've worked last night if they had approached Sugar instead of Kenny. She's easily swayed, even though she hates Corrine. I dont remember why Corrine trusts Kenny so much, but please! I'd NEVER think that Chrystal would vote in their favor. Good idea, and Bob is awesome, but not fully thought through...of course they'd flush out any idol. I think Sugar is next...but Bob doesnt know it.

I agree that Kenny has been obnoxious, and I think that Crystal has been just as instrumental as he has in turning the tide. I go back and forth with Crystal, from finding her annoying to finding her funny.
Even though Corinne was one of my picks in a pool I'm in, I was so happy to see her go. What a nasty, nasty piece of work she is. As much as I hate her, though, I REALLY REALLY do not like when they do a challenge where by nature of being the last picked, that person has to sit out. Yeah, yeah, I know life is not fair, but I just don't think it's right when there are challenges designed to cut someone out without having a chance to compete. That said, I thought it was nice that everyone got to see their loved ones.
I thought trying to pull a fake idol plot two weeks in a row was pretty silly. These people may not be the brightest bulbs, but come on.

Well now that Matty knows that someone in his alliance voted against him (and the big bubble letters on the vote give it away), maybe he will be more apt to turn against Kenny.
Sugar is easily swayed, and Susie will go whatever way the wind happens to be blowing.

Corinne sure didn't do herself proud with her 'closing remarks'. Shows her true colors, I think. She is just nasty to the core.
PRS, I kind of thought that about the challenge, also. But, considering it was Corinne, I decided not to care!
Agree that the fake idol plot two weeks in a row was dumb.

Posted: 12/5/08 at 11:52amWait, they pulled the fake idol thing last week too?
#134Guess who's NOT coming to dinner?
Posted: 12/5/08 at 12:58pmAt this point, I think Kenny deserves to win, which means he won't. The past several weeks, he has been in complete control of this game, which makes he the single biggest threat at the moment. Susie may end up winning it all, becoming this season's Sandra from Pearl Islands, a winner who did virtually nothing.

At least we know that Susie can make fire.
I agree about Corrine's closing remarks. She has no class...no class at all.

Posted: 12/5/08 at 2:36pmDont forget about Vacepia. Lamer than Sandra, imo.

Posted: 12/5/08 at 3:15pmVacepia was pretty lame, but that finale was more interesting than Sandra's.

Posted: 12/5/08 at 3:43pmI don't think I watched the Sandra one.

Posted: 12/5/08 at 8:23pmDid Vacepia win that horrible year that they decided to ditch Probst for the reunion q&a and let Rosie emcee it? What a nightmare that was...
#143Guess who's NOT coming to dinner?
Posted: 12/5/08 at 11:52pmI hated when Bryant Gumbel and then Rosie hosted the reunions. They were awful. I LOVE Jeff hosting because he asks every question that has run through my head during the season.

I'd forgotten about Bryant Gumbel.
There was never a reason to have anyone other than Jeff Probst - who was actually there with them - host the reunion show.

I had no idea there was a time when he didn't host them. I missed two or three seasons along the way early on.
So, OMG - I'm officially in love with Sugar. I had to watch her speech in the voting booth twice before I could move on because I was laughing so hard.
#146Guess who's NOT coming to dinner?
Posted: 12/11/08 at 11:53pmBlindside after blindside after blindside ... everyone hates everyone else, so for whom will the jury vote?!? This is Bob's game to lose.

Bob needs to keep winning immunity (two more times) if he wants to be in that Final 3. They'd be stupid to take him along voluntarily, because he'd clean up in jury votes. The only person there who might not vote for him is Randy (who in his post-show interview said that he hopes Bob "has a heart attack"- charming!)
Sugar should win this game, but she won't, because of the vindictiveness of the former Onion Alliance, who though they had the game wrapped up in episode 3. But, Sugar has managed to strategize better than anyone else, with people (particularly Corrine) thinking she was "dumb."
I was happy about last night's vote because it made a suddenly very self-righteous Kenny shut the hell up, and made him realize he's not as powerful as he thought he was.

Gawd, I can't stand Kenny.
I was glad to see Crystal go.....but I would have liked to see him go too.

I thought Randy's Mohawk was a nice touch...ya think the guy has a need for attention? Thankfully his 15 minutes are just about up.
