kinda freaky, there is some guy that has it all over this suv ,and drives around alexandria,va on weekends. no joke
Isn't the world supposed to end in December 2012? This one seems a little early.
December 21, 2012 is the date predicted by those heathen Mexican injuns, so it can't be the same as God's end of the world.
I always wonder what happens to these people the day after. If I knew when the world was ending, I'd probably quit my job and stop paying my bills. Do they call the bank up and say "Uh, sorry about that, the check's going out today"?

there have been a bunch of cars driving around CT with this nonsense plastered all over it since the middle of last year. I took a picture of one of them... now I have to go see if I can find it!

I saw a billboard for it on my drive up to NY a few days ago--in Arkansas! I wanted to take a picture of it, but I couldn't get my camera out in time.
...and I was driving, so I shouldn't be taking pictures.
Spidermans new opening date?
Well I have enough in the bank to just see shows up until that date and not have to work. So that date is fine with me.

If this "were" to happen this is what I will unfortunatley miss out on.
*Becoming a teacher or a teacher's aide
*The Tony Awards
*"Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows Part 2"
*"The Green Lantern"
*My trip to Nashville and the CMA Awards.
*The national tour of "Sister Act" that will launch next year.
*"The X Factor"
*"The Hobbit"
"Oh! I'm organizing a house tour that is scheduled for that day!
I'm not going to bother cleaning then, that's for sure!"
Were you really planning to clean anyway, DanMag?
They say that if you are still here on the 22nd means you are damned.
and the bar will still be open in the adult thread.

To clarify, May 21 is the Rapture. December is when the world ends. That means six and a half months of torture for those of us left before it's all over. I bet that means Wonderland wont close.

Not sure where this puts me, a Christian who doesn't believe in "the Rapture." Not that I spend a lot of time worrying about it either way.
"Well at least we won't have to deal with the 400 Tony prediction threads."
Tazzy, I think that's what they meant by torture.
Ha, I saw a woman in DC holding a sign proclaiming such and I said to her, "um, ok".
This thread cracks me up.
Is there an estimated time it will actually happen? I need to know in order to schedule my mani/pedi. Have to look my best, of course.

In the article, it says that the rapture will come May 21, and the non-believers will be left on earth until October. So that gives me a couple extra months. What a party us non-believers are going to have!
Yay, I'll still be able to see my soccer game in July!

Also, if it "were" to happen, none of us will be also to see "Smash," which rumor has it has been picked up by NBC. It will stink to not get to see Debra Messing, Megan Hilty, Katharine McPhee, Brian d'Arcy James, Christian Borle, and Angelica Houston all in one show.
What sort of advertising budget does this dude have? I saw an ad for it on the A train the other day.
I'm seeing War Horse that night. I hope the people sitting next to me are righteous. I could use the extra legroom in that cramped theatre!
Our Kennedy Center Follies tickets were moved from the 21st to the 22nd.
Can someone ask this guy if we can do this on the 23rd?
