No worries..I'm the ONLY person that loved the Billy Crystal/Christopher Guest/Julia Louis-Dreyfuss/Brad Hall years the best.
I was sitting next to a friend during rehearsals of Li'l Abner when I was directing it, and it was a really lousy rehearsal. Deliveries were coming off as forced, and Li'l Abner is a fun and lighthearted show. He (who had done several regional operas and musical theatre shows) wrote on the front of my script CAVEAT: COMEDY IS HARDER THAN DRAMA. He then told me to frame those words. Granted, he was an egomaniac, but I got the point, and it's absolutely true.
My favorite thing ever made by SNL is the commercial for "Oops I crapped my pants". I must have seen in 20 times but I still laugh.

The mostly forgotten Bette Davis Video Will with Jan Hooks, Nora Dunn and Phil Hartman is a personal favorite.
I can't remember seeing that one. Anothere favorite regular skit of mine is when Will and Ana played the couple who sang rock songs in an operatic style. I think they were the Mohans. Those skits had me on the floor!
