**I used this in a speech that I did a few years back for a Public Speaking Compeition and ever since then it has become one of my guidelines to life. BTW, I really like this thread, I'm always looking for new quotes :)

Here's another quote that I used in a speech:
"If you practice nothing, nothing is what you'll end up with. If you practice half-heartedly, half-good is what you'll get. But if you give your very best, you'll receive the best plus more!"

**This is an awesome quote to live with, escpecially in the theater business, where practice is constantly on your agenda.
