YWIW - I've been asking about DG since yesterday. If anybody has his phone number please call and make sure he's all right. He and the Tinman may be traveling now but it would be good to know for sure!

I think they were going away for the weekend, but I don't know when they are due back.

I hung out with Cheyenne Jackson in his dressing room waayyyyyy before he tickled D2.

I don't think where he lives in the fire line - so I am pretty sure he is just having fun... but it is always nice to get a head count to be sure.

Hello, all -

I'm actually stuck over in Scottsdale, as they have asked to curtail all but emergency traffic west on 10 until further notice.

I'm in constant touch with the TinMan, even though our land phone lines have been knocked out. He says the wind is still going strong at about 70mph. The neighborhood engulphed in smoke and ash is falling, but no visible flames yet.

We have many evacuated friends, so will be atching and waiting with hope for safety.

I did not realize the fires were that close to you.

I will be keeping good thoughts for you and the TinMan (and your four-legged family members).

We're right next to San Bernardino - and the wind channels right toward us from Lake Arrowhead.

Plus, there's smaller fires that aren't being reported - like straight south of us

How are the fires in LA?

I haven't paid much attention to it with all of the ones in San Diego.

The owner of my building called to tell me someone started an arson fire a few miles from his place.

Working down in OC, my clothes smelled like smoke when I got home.

Everything's hazy brown.
