We're breathing again!
Sam's fever broke this afternoon! So far she's gone about 4 hours without fever. We're still sitting on the edge of our seats because it broke before and they sent her home. She got it back - worse than before - and ended up back in the hospital. So this time they've decided to keep her in isolation for a few more days so they can watch her and also try to figure out what is causing this.
The docs are still throwing their arms up in the air and saying "I don't have any idea". You can't convince me that all these prayers and good wishes haven't had their place here. Thank you all - so very, very much.
