I think Coach should not have apologized for what he did. I think that, had he admitted that his "leader of the cult" approach helped him manipulate a whole tribe into winning, could have really helped his case. Perhaps, but in Coach's mind, that's not even a variable. His narcissistic need to be the honorable Christian good guy and BFF to mankind would never consider that an option. To break down and be honest would have been an admission of manipulation and hypocrisy, which could have gotten some points on the jury, but what would the WORLD think?!?! He would lose all those FANS! You simply cannot apply rational thinking to Coach's strategy.
Coach had the power to do whatever he wanted with her. In fact, had Ozzy won the final challenge, she would have been gone right there. I don't know. There was discussion of causing a tie, but I think Coach always considered Sophie to be in the final with him. Between Sophie and Albert, I don't think Coach favored Albert. At least, I didn't see much indication of that. The problem is, there is a LOT we don't see and from some of the erratic editing, there seemed to be hints of evidence that Sophie had more control than we were led to believe by the producers.
Ozzy was right when he told them no one wanted to vote for any of them. Eh. You mean when he was in his Heidi braids and going on about how he should have been sitting there instead of them? And he wasn't even part of their tribe for like, most of the entire season? I rarely take anything Ozzy says seriously. He's like Russell, except he can do stuff. I think there are seasons of Survivor where nobody really wanted to vote at all, but I didn't get that feeling this time. Except from Ozzy. Because Ozzy only wants Ozzy to win, even when Ozzy's already lost. Sort of like how Russell looked like he's pissed he didn't win and he wasn't even playing this season.
